Booked a collection/delivery of a pallet. Collected without issue on time and was delivered on time. No complaints. Then had to use online chat to request an invoice for accounting purposes, spoke to Sheilla R, who very promptly assisted me. Everything was super straight forward and therefore it has to be 5* from me
