I purchased what I thought was Cod…
I purchased what I thought was Cod Liver oil on Amazon, turned out it was a mixture of several oils. I wanted a return bur Amazon wouldn't accept returns for this company/product. Emailed the customer service and got the usual run around after several emails. The product description was very ambiguous in my opinion unless you carefully read the small print and so I gave up and just ordered the correct 100% Cod Liver oil from another reputable company, I gave the bottle of their oil to a neighbour for their dogs coat.

All good till you encounter a problem with their products!
Leaving this here seeing as I'm still waiting on a reply to my email I sent on the 3rd June 2026. It seems this company is great until you have a problem. I've used their supplements for several years now (pro 30 max). These supplements have been great up until my last batch. They now give me heartburn and acid reflux, I'm constantly belching with them and they no longer do what they should do. When belching you can taste a fusty taste. I asked them if these could be an inferior batch. I sent photos of the box with the batch number and the expiry date and have heard absolutely nothing. So a regular customer that's used this product for several years, I've switched to a different brand now. Like I said all good until you have a problem and then they seem like they don't want to know, seeing as they can't even be bothered to reply!

Replacement Flaxseed Oil 180 Softgels product
I contacted Natures Aid regarding a bottle of Flaxseed Oil Softgels 1000mg (180 softgels) that were bought in October 2025, I didn't start them until January 2026. Opened the bottle and all seemed like the last one I'd bought. A few weeks of taking these latest softgels, I found that they felt slightly oily. Didn't take much more notice until April and the softgels were even more oily. I put the remaining softgels into a jar.
I sent Nature's Aid information and photos of what I was dealing with. A replacement was suggested as a goodwill gesture, of which I accepted. The replacement arrived on the right day and time. It was packaged well and the content was in tact. I can't recommend this company enough for the customer service they provided to me. Extremely pleased customer.
