Highly recommend
I recently had my windscreen replaced at the Scunthorpe site and wanted to share how great my experience was.
I did have to wait a few hours in reception, but the ladies in the office were absolutely fantastic so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my time there.
The job was estimated to take around 3½ hours, but they managed to complete it in just 2 hours, which was a really pleasant surprise.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them!

A Great Experience From start To Finish
From start to finish, the process was quick and easy. Jason from the Ipswich depot gave us a ring before he got to us to confirm his time of arrival, which was the exact time we agreed for the work to be carried out. On arrival, he rang the doorbell and introduced himself, explained what was involved and the time it should take.
I gave him the keys to the vehicle, and he changed the back screen with the new one in the time he said it would take.
I did notice that he checked everything worked as it should and cleaned the screen.
I would highly recommend Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, and Jason should be thanked for being a great ambassador for the company.
I will certainly use their services again if the need ever arises.

Professional, friendly and great service
After a visit to my home the window was confirmed unfixable and would need to go on site. Bit of a pain to drive to Avonmouth (felt like I was in Mad Max with those big trucks zooming about! :-)) but the booking process was easy and I only needed to say a good time and day and everything else was handled. Good communication when the day changed due to illness of the fitter too. WiFi on site, coffee shop nearby and a comfy sofa so no work missed either. So far the new windscreen is still where it should be and camera still working so pretty perfect really. Thank you!

Windscreen replacement.
Everything was easy to do, from the first phone call to the completion of the job, the staff were helpful, polite & friendly & the lad just got on with the job. I was kept up to date as to exactly when the lad would be coming to fit the new windscreen. Very pleased with this service and would definitely recommend.

The guy who then finally did the job was great, efficient and polite.

Office staff could do with improvent of communication. But in the end I just needed a new windscreen and mine is lovely :-)
