Hej, vores fly ankom som planlagt, og vi skulle videre til Kbh kl 9 10. Bus ville ikke køre før alle passagerne kom, og det var først kl 9.50. Pga det kunne vi ikke når vores bestilte tog til Jylland og vores togbilletter gik tabt. Vi prøvede at forklare chaufføren det, men hun var meget uhøflig. Hvis jeg kunne så ville jeg give dem 0 stjerner.

Neptun bus’ fortjener ikke en eneste stjerne og vil aldrig køre med den

Jeg har forudbetalt mine billetter den 24. Januar fra Malmø Lufthavn til København. Der kom en lille Neptun bus hvor man dårligt kan vende hoved for at se sig omkring. Vi var 2 og sad bagerst hvor der var 4 siddepladser dog den sidste kunne en voksen ikke sidde og dårligt et barn der ikke var så tyk. Hun, chaufføren insisterede på at der sad 4 og ikke 3 så vi sad ligesom sardiner i en dåse. Dem der sad sidst i hjørnene kunne hurtigt dø i tilfælde af brand og lignende. Så var den lille bus fuld. Vores lille tasker skulle vi sætte på gulvet foran os hvor vi også skulle komme ud.. så hvis der var pludselig brand o.l. kunne vi ikke komme ud. Sikkerhedsmæssigt var det meget farligt. Derudover havde vi ingen chance for at se hvor hun stoppede på vejen da vi ikke kune røre os. Hun sagde ej heller via højtalerne om det var Malmø Centrum, København Lufthavn etc.

Hvis dit fly bliver forsinket med mere end 2 timer, får du ikke mulighed for at blive hentet af en bus, ej heller får man mulighed for at få sine penge tilbage. De har rigeligt med mulighed for at holde øje med flyafgange, og ud fra dette planlægge en ny tur, der er absolut ingen undskyldninger. Jeg vil aldrig nogensinde anbefale denne service.

Tak til chauffør Niels for en ualmindelig behagelig bustur fra Sturup Lufthavn til Dybbelsbro. Jeg kunne ha siddet med en fyldt kop skoldhed kaffe uden at spilde en dråbe, det er god stil ;0)

Our flight was delayed for 2 hours and while in the plane they have send email that they can not provide transport from Malmo to Copenhagen. So when arriving in Malmo passengers did not have clue that they don't have transport and we need to find our way ourselves to get to Copenhagen.

When tickets are booked, passengers are asked to provide flight destination. What is the purpose of that if you don't provide transport in case of delay .

Also no refund offered, just rebooking the tickets.

Avoid this company at as much a possible. The current rating you see does not reflect reality.
When you book a return from the Malmo airport to Copenhagen, despite them explicitly stating on the ticket that you have to be on time otherwise the bus company is in their right to leave without you, it will also in their decision that even if you are on time you may need to wait more than 1h in the bus for it depart, as they simply decide in order to save trip, to wait for the next plane to land. Which means if you land late, there is a chance they left and no refund, if you land on time there is a chance you wait more than 1h of your time in the airport simply because they decided so, ONCE AGAIN no REFUND, and believe I tried. So sum, poor service, the price does not justify whatsoever the experience for slightly more you can take the shuttle bus to Malmo and than switch to a train to Copenhagen, much better and safer option. AVOID NEPTUNBUS

Måtte vente 1 time på en passager som var med samme fly, men ikke kom ud fra lufthavnen til bussen. Virkelig dårligt at passager som skyndte sig ud i bussen til planlagt tid skulle vente på en person - der ikke kom alligevel.

Moje iskustvo s Neptunbusom na relaciji Malmo-Kopenhagen je odlično. Uvijek na svom.mjestu u određeno vrijeme. Danas je vozac kasnio 3 minute i to zato što nije bilo jednog putnika, pa ga je nazvao i rekao mu da ga čekamo!! Nevjerojatno!! Vozač je bio stariji gospodin koji i odlično i udobno vozi. Ja sam jako zadovoljna

Bestilte en billet fra Malmø lufthavn til København, afgangstiden var 21.15 på billetten, da jeg så ankommer får jeg at vide at vi skal vente på et andet fly som ankommer næsten 2 timer senere!!!

Så aflys afgangen hvis det er fordi der er for få passagere, bestilte min billet næsten 2 uger før så der kunne sagtens være blevet sendt en besked eller mail.

Har brugt denne bus linje i et par år og har altid været tilfreds men dette syntes jeg slet ikke er i orden.

If you have an evening plane that get's delayed more than 2 hours, Neptunbus will leave you abandoned and alone, possibly cold, in Malmo Airport where there's absolutely nothing nearby, not even public transport at night.

"2.7 If the expected departure from Malmo Airport is delayed by more than two hours due to the delayed arrival of the plane to Malmo Airport (or in the case of a combined transfer - planes), the carrier does not guarantee transfer.

In this situation, the passenger has the right to choose between:

- the use of a given ticket for another transfer within the next 24 hours, (if there are available seats), the ticket expires after 24 hours,

- change of the ticket for any date and route to be used for 3 months. This change will require an additional rebooking fee in accordance with our price list."

It's a sad sense of responsibility they feel for their customers. Just avoid relying on them.

Jamen vi skulle køre fra Malmø til København kl 23.30. Vi får så at af vide, at der er nogle andre passagere som skal med og deres fly først lander kl 00.40. Chaufføren siger han ik kan køre til københavn for at køre halvdelen af passagerene for at så køre tilbage. Vi har så ventet i 2 timer i bussen, for at vente på de resterende. Kan ikke anbefales! Kræver også mine penge retur😠

Har prøvet servicen omkring 10 gange, men har aldrig oplevet problemer. Venlig pris og rutinerede chauffører, klart anbefales.

This company used to be better and people were more serious until - I have booked a trip from Malmo to Copenhagen for my friend and they did not respect the schedule saying that instead of 16:30 they have to leave at 18:00 - which would mess up the plans my friend had.

We were not even informed ahead of time.

Now the real scandal starts when I called the customer service and there is this guy (non danis/swedish) He was quite aggressive - shouting at me and saying bad jokes about the situation my friend was part of

I asked for a refund as they were not respecting the time and then he starting shouting and telling me that he cannot pay employees - Your problem is not my problem - there are specific laws you need to follow - You do not make the rules yourself in this society

I ended up having him closing the phone in my face while he was shouting, although I was talking calmly with him.

He was really disrespectful and will open a case at Forbrug.dk as this is not in accordance with the customer rights and it was harassing me verbally on the phone

You used to be a good company but as they say - People are making the difference - and now had the bad luck to talk with an a*****e

Vi var ved bussen et kvarter før den skulle køre, men blev alligevel over en time forsinket, fordi chaufføren skulle vente på andre forsinkede passagerer.

Det synes jeg ikke er ok. Vi havde betalt for at køre kl 23, og jeg har forståelse for at hvor træls det er at misse bussen, hvis ens fly er forsinket, men toget venter heller ikke på dig, hvis du kommer for sent. I stedet for at have en halv bus med tilfredse passagerer vælger chaufføren at forsinke halvdelen af bussen med over en time.

Det gør jeg ikke igen.

This busservice is a scandal.

We have never sufered so much claustrofobia and pain as in this bus ride to Copenhagen, never felt so discusting, than to take this bus, they are super small and seats are narrow, just sit like an animal. You can feel the stench of other people, it was a rainy day and people came from Ohrid/North Macedonia and many people were plain out swetting. Worst experience of my life. I will warn against these busses and this company. Nothing good to say.

I can warmly recommend Neptunbus for transfers Copenhagen to Malmö. Had a flight at 16.20 and needed transfer from Copenhagen. The bus left at 13.30 sharp as planned and got to Malmö Airport in exactly one hour.

The bus didn't pick us up from the agreed stop. As a result, we needed to take a train and taxi to (hardly) make it to the plane in the middle of the night. After our complaint and request to cover our additional expenses, they told us that we haven't provided the booking number in the initial e-mail so that the agreement was not VALID, even though they confirmed the pickup and never asked about this detail. This company is a joke.

STOLEN LUGGAGE!
We took neptunbus from Malme airport to Copenhagen on May 5th, at approximate 11 pm. We put our big trolley in the down compartment of the bus and startet our drive. There was a bus stop at Copenhagen airport where some people got down and the next stop was next to the trainstation where we got off the bus. When we whanted to get our big trolley from the bus it was no more. We ran out of our luggage. Someone took it out off the bus and went away with it. We asked for the bus company to help us, to find it, but they said that they haven't had this problem before. Police did not helped us so…
The main point is: beware of your goods, do not leave your luggage in the bus without guarding them. They will get stolen so fast and easy as ours were.
