I went to Bath Neptune unfortunately it is my nearest one I leave in Dorset. It is always very welcoming and friendly but it was the after sales that really impressed me. It was the Manager of Bath and Reading Store that helped me to me it isn’t just about buying lovely purchases it’s also about if you have any issue no matter how large or small they put them right I really respect that and would buy from them again and again. So big thank you Neptune.
Beautiful smooth silky feel to the Albertine bedding set with a touch of classy subtle grey piping to the edges of the duvet and pillow cases.
After waiting over three months for delivery when the items were delivered they took the packaging off outside in the lane which was muddy ( bear in mind I’ve got a drives and I paid extra for white glove ) they dropped a cushion that got mud all over it, have reported to Neptune, it’s been two weeks and they haven’t even bothered to reply, overall very disappointed. Certainly wouldn’t recommend or buy from them again.

Tracey was extremely helpful, engaging and knowledgeable about the product we wanted to buy. We never felt pressured by her to buy anything and we had plenty of time together to make our decision carefully and slowly.
The Bath store is so well laid out, with plenty of opportunities to try out the furniture without any pressure to buy! The staff are very friendly and easy going! I would highly recommend this store. Thank you

I’ve always loved Neptune as a brand and the Bath store has long been a favourite of mine, so I was so grateful for the wonderful service I received on this occasion, even though I wasn’t able to visit in person.
The team kindly took my order over the phone and made the whole process seamless. Bea and Hayley were incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout and when my son came in to collect the items, he was looked after so warmly too. Every interaction felt genuinely personal, professional and caring.
It’s rare to experience such consistently high service across different touchpoints and it truly reflects the quality and ethos of the Neptune brand. Thank you for making it such a lovely experience. I’ll absolutely continue to recommend and support Neptune and look forward to my next visit.
