But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

I’ve completely fallen in love with Neptune. The beautiful, timeless furniture, gorgeous fabrics, colours and accessories have really inspired me when decorating my home. I’ve purchased several pieces now and love how everything comes together so effortlessly. The interiors consultation was fantastic, with such thoughtful, helpful advice from a genuinely knowledgeable and friendly team. The quality, attention to detail and overall experience make Neptune a real pleasure to shop with. I’ve definitely caught the Neptune bug and am already planning my next purchase :)

Nothing was too much trouble - replies to queries were swiftly dealt with and and any changes were accommodated many times. Site visits were extremely helpful to discuss progression of the project. All involved were very professional as was Toby who worked tirelessly to install and finish my beautiful kitchen.

Very helpful service
Ordered a beautiful dining room table and chairs from Neptune. There was a slight nick in one of the table legs which the first delivery drivers noted. A replacement was immediately arranged and today Clint and Marcin arrived with the replacement leg. Everyone has been so polite and helpful. Excellent service.

The service in the Cheltenham shop over a few weeks of decision making was excellent.

Quick delivery and great quality
Picked up a sample tin of the new Polenta paint in store and next day ordered 3 tins (2.5ltrs) which were delivered to home address in less than 3 days. The paint is excellent quality and highly rated by decorator. The colour is great too in hall and stairway.
