Neptune - Hove Avis 

A beautiful and welcoming showroom of all their delightful pieces. It is perfectly laid out so that you can imagine what your rooms would look like. (I wish I could afford one of their kitchens!) :) Exceptional customer service whether you buy a small or large item with no quibble for refunds. The staff go out of their way to help choose paints and find out info on other products. Customer service like this is rare… other companies take note!

Laura, Neptune Hove's lovely kitchen designer, was super-helpful and super-patient while we chopped and changed our minds over a tricky design for a small kitchen. She couldn't have been nicer and, thanks to Toby's input as well, we think we have a great kitchen coming our way. Thank you everyone at Neptune Hove!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a store for a long time . Welcoming, amazing service which was consistent on our next visit . And of course the product and displays were super inspiring . My mum ( who is 88 ) had her first visit and was bowled over and is now a Neptune convert . Toby and all the staff were amazing .

Ordered an e card for our daughter and son in law as wedding anniversary gift. Very delighted.

We had an absolutely excellent experience purchasing garden furniture through Neptune, Hove. Julia and all the staff team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answered all our queries. Julia also advised us on the colour of chair cushions.
We were delighted with our furniture. It is extremely stylish and comfortable. I researched a wide range of garden furniture on the internet and Neptune furniture far surpasses everything else I looked at. There was a small problem with the table and Heidi at Neptune Hove arranged for it to be replaced immediately.
We will return to Neptune again for further furniture purchases- the showroom gives you so many ideas about colour schemes and design. Their furniture and textiles are quite lovely.

Bought an oak dining table from the Hove store, the first one had a black mark (similar to a old water stain), so told the store I didn’t want that one, store said they’d send another but it’d be a week or so, second table had the same problem. So some three tables later and many weeks after purchasing, I still don’t have the table I want.
Shame because the table in the store looks great but clearly no one checks the products before they are sent out.

They are always very helpful and nothing is to much trouble.
