Nerds2u Avis 

I've used Nerds2u a few times for issues with my Macbook, its always been a good experience. They communicate well, and have always managed to fix issues and replace components when needed (mac). I would use them again, highly recommend them to anyone!

Amazed at how quick, responsive the HQ team were on whatsapp, and I had someone the next day. Joshua was exceptional - fast, knowledgeable. I needed a new graphics card and Bios update. I could have done it but I needed to save time. He must have saved me 3 hours. He did it in under an hour.

Amazing company! Super reliant and very quick to answer when you need them. I needed a service asap and called them, 5 mins later I was in their office, they looked at my device and were able to tell me what had to be fixed. There was some back and forth on my part and some time restrictions and they kindly worked around it and were very adaptable. Got the device back much quicker than I thought and they even fixed things I wasn't aware that were broken. So HIGHLY recommend if you need to get anything done with your device! Very kind as well!

Pickup was same day as my enquiry, and they managed to have it back to me the following day. The courier even collected and dropped directly to my door. I stress tested the item that evening and works like a dream. Very happy with the service
