I purchased the shirt (squid game fan)and instructions said dont worry about the number, it will show up more after wash couple times. It still faded away. Quality low. Contact customer service, they said pre paid label but they'll return your money deducted by shipping fee. Plus if you return after already wash, they will reduce the refund again. So all this is a TRAP!
I WROTE THE REVIEW ONE TIME AND NEVER SHOWED UP! I am writing it again, to save the buyers out there, do not buy! Go to different store!

Hidden cost. Get invoice saying that price including taxes and fees but that is just wrong. They pay some imagined taxes and can't even specify what kind. Sell products on European market but never heard about VAT. Avoid or U will end up paying over 60e for tshirt.
Don't even bother to visit website.

Det kan sky ikke være svært at en webshop informere om told og prisen på told.

Never received tracking after a week…
Never received tracking after a week for an item i ordered. Took 5 more days to get a response from their team. Told me it could take 10 days to receive tracking then another 8 business days for it to ship. That is an entire month for a youth t-shirt that is double the price for similar shirts on amazon. I cant believe netflix would be affiliated with this third oarty company that runs their shop. Feels like a scam.

Why is there a chat feature if it's offline in the middle of the workday? Tickets are responded to with clear templates.
Did not post my review of the product to Netflix Shop.
Contacted Snow Commerce instead to get a response.

Horrible Company
Store is run by a 3rd party called Snow Commerce and they are awful. Merchandise is poor quality and they will not do anything if it falls apart. They cite everything as is and a 30 day return policy but will take weeks to respond to emails.

i bought a neflx gift card like another reviewer.
The code didn't arrive.
i sent multiple emails and chat messages and each time it said wait 48 hours for a response. Its been 8 days now and i've heard nothing. now charging back through my bank. This is a total scam. Stay away.
