Clothing shockingly poor. Mugs good

My family are huge Stranger Things fans. The mugs are great - good quality, nice size and so far washing well in the dishwasher. BUT the hoodies are dreadful. I ordered 3 for my kids and they're poor quality - the sizing isn't accurate, they come just in the mail packaging and 2 of the 3 had dirty marks on them, they have no tags on them (so who knows if they've been worn before!) and they are washing poorly. They are ridiculously expensive and I can't believe that Netflix as a quality brand would be actually selling such poor products.

Today is 03/16/26 I placed my order on 03/11/26 said it would get to me by 03/19/26 today the Shop app said it arrived ...a lie....I contacted "Customer Service" and they advised that it has not even shipped yet and that it would take 4 to 10 days to get to me.....I need the item by 03/19/26 for an event im going to on the 20th! I even paid for expedited shipping. I'm highly disappointed in the service and even customer service has not even gotten back to me after I said I want a refund if they can't guarantee my delivery by the 19th....!

Don’t Get Fooled by Public Shaming

In my opinion, the Trustpilot score mostly reflects frustrated customers, especially during the Christmas period, who expected Amazon-level delivery speed.

Here is my experience after purchasing multiple items from the website recently. First, people should understand that NetflixShop likely works with multiple authorized sellers using the same platform. Because of this, your order may be shipped in several separate packages coming from different locations around the world.

I received three different shipping confirmations, each with tracking that I could easily access through the SHOP mobile app. Everything arrived within one week, but even if it had taken a little longer, it would have been understandable since some packages were coming from overseas.

All items were well packaged, and the products were mostly as expected. I’m giving 4 stars because I find the items slightly overpriced for the quality, but that’s fairly common when buying themed merchandise like this.

I ordered several Stranger Things and…

I ordered several Stranger Things and KPop Demon Hunter items in including personalized mugs for Christmas on December 1st. They mailed me someone else's personalized mugs, unfortunately we did not receive ours after MANY MANY emails until January 9th. I was soo excited to be able to purchase the items(several sweatshirts and the mugs) for my daughter and I because we love show and the movie. The mugs were our Christmas gifts, we didn't get to enjoy them on Christmas. Just know if your order is incorrect it may take SEVERAL emails and weeks before it's sorted out. I'm writing the shortened version of my experience. Also, forgot about refunds, that's almost impossible. They like to offer a discount for future orders. I was looking forward to purchasing more show themed items in the future. After this experience I will not. Now when asked "where did I get that Hoodie" which happens a lot, I will tell whoever ask to try to find the items anywhere but Netflix Shop. I put the date of experience as today. Actually it was approximately 7 weeks from the original order date December 1st to today January 18th, the issues are finally SOMEWHAT resolved and honestly I'm tired of emailing them, I give up!

Ondanks de negatieve reviews toch hier iets besteld op 31 december 2025. De periode die werd aangegeven bij de bestelling dat het zou worden bezorgd, was een goede indicatie. Ik ben erg tevreden met hoe het is verlopen.

Absolutely terrible. I am shocked that such an established brand would put together such a tragic shop. I tried emailing Netflix on 23rd December and no one responded to me. Additionally everything is concerningly overpriced - if you compare the prices of the Lego sets against the official Lego prices there is at least a 40% surcharge. I have nothing good to say…

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

1. Website indicated the item would arrive before Christmas. I placed the order on 12/16.
2. When I saw that it had not shipped by 12/18. I started my multiple attempts at contacting Netflix Shop, including email, website messages, and phone calls.
3. As of Christmas Eve, calls have not been returned, emails remain unanswered, no follow up has come from website messages, and the item has not shipped. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Terrible delivery and customer service!

I ordered 2 items on December 6 and still haven't received them, it's now December 17th! I Sent a follow up request on the 16th of December and have not heard anything. Not happy with the level of service and mailing. Netflix, if you are actually monitoring customer feedback.....listen and act. NOT Happy and will not be ordering from you again! Terrible.

Outrageously overpriced goods

Outrageously overpriced goods.

I decided (naively) to pay for some K pop demon Hunters 'Merch' (as the cool kids call it) for my daughter, at least expecting a superior quality for my over investment.

Arrived late. No email update. For the grand finale of the review: the quality was embarrassingly poor. Thin, tatty and poor print. Absolutely robbed.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

For those of you wanting K pop merch : Zara and next do some lovely quality t-shirts and hoodies that are officiated with the 'Netflix' label in them for a far cheaper price and far superior quality.

STAY AWAY! DON'T BUY FROM NETFLIX

Edit: about 9 days after reaching out to their costumer service they offered refund or shipping the order again. Chose refund and they announced the refund doesn't include the shipping, same shipping that was the problem from the first place. Shop here if you like to throw away your money.

I was blinded by the discount and the kdh merch, trusted the netflix brand, didn't check the reviews and now I'm paying for it. Order allegedly shipped 16 days ago (before blackFriday), tracking number is sht, zero updates. I emailed costumer service but nothing happened.

Terrible experience for refunds

Terrible, ordered wrong size, they took a week to get back to me to tell me to post it back and wait 2 to 4 weeks for a refund! What a crap process its 2025 now whys it so hard? Posting it back is going to cost me twice as much

Did not have a bad experience

Not sure why the other reviews are so bad. Maybe it’s the country they are delivering to? The only snag I had was they did not specify a delivery date. I was concerned about my order as did not know what ‘unfulfilled’meant when I tracked the order, thinking it might have been cancelled. I sent an email and got a reply 4 days later explaining it meant it was being processed. They apologised for the lateness. They gave me a DHL number and I was able to track all the way. It took 8 days to be delivered which was 1 day late for a birthday. If they had told me a delivery date it would have stopped me worrying. But I only worried because of the bad reviews here on Trust Pilot. The quality was fine too. I would order again but not last minute like I did this time.

Zero Customer Support - No Tracking Info Ever

Bought items and paid $35 for expedited shipping and there is no tracking info, and nobody responds to their tickets. Bought it well in advance to receive by Halloween but this company offers no customer service at all. Netflix should consider firing this mediocre 3rd-party company that complete ignore their customers. Calling my credit card company for a chargeback.

I purchased the shirt (squid game…

I purchased the shirt (squid game fan)and instructions said dont worry about the number, it will show up more after wash couple times. It still faded away. Quality low. Contact customer service, they said pre paid label but they'll return your money deducted by shipping fee. Plus if you return after already wash, they will reduce the refund again. So all this is a TRAP!
I WROTE THE REVIEW ONE TIME AND NEVER SHOWED UP! I am writing it again, to save the buyers out there, do not buy! Go to different store!

Hidden cost

Hidden cost. Get invoice saying that price including taxes and fees but that is just wrong. They pay some imagined taxes and can't even specify what kind. Sell products on European market but never heard about VAT. Avoid or U will end up paying over 60e for tshirt.
Don't even bother to visit website.
