Everything from start to finish was so professional from sending out the pre-paid packaging to me to them receiving it. They emailed me to say it arrived and would have my ring back in two weeks. I received my ring in a beautiful box tied with a ribbon. I also received a certificate with me dogs name on it. I had fur put into a ring and it was elegantly placed, i also had sprinkles put into the ring which looks like Buddy birth stone opal. Im over the moon with my ring and would recommend you to all my Family and friends. Thank you for making such a beautiful ring i love it ❤️💍

Charm was beautiful.
Was really pleased with my charm with my sisters ashes. Looked at many sites and decided on this one. Having never done anything like this before, Nicky Memorial Jewellery kept me informed all the way through. When I had a query they came back to me straight away. They send all the packaging out to you to safely send your precious ashes to them. Received it back really quickly in the time scale they said. Would definitely recommend.
