Wide range of items and smooth processing of order
Definitely recommend this company for memorial jewellery. They have a wide range of products to chose from and they are well priced. The whole process of ordering my charm, sending ashes & receiving the completed item was very smooth and sensitively handled. My charm is beautiful & I can wear it on a necklace or bracelet & I've had compliments already.

Better than I ever imagined…
After recently and suddenly losing my dad I knew I wanted something to keep forever to wear everyday. I came across Nicky Robin and immediately fell in love with this ring as it was like no other I had seen. From sending the ashes off, to receiving the completed ring back was only 5 working days, absolutely incredible. The ring itself is just better than anything I expected and it’s just perfect. Hi Jane, We are very sorry to hear that. This particular ring is a stacker ring representative of it having a slim band and that is why it is thin as our website image represents it to be. It is made from 925 Sterling Silver so isn't made from cheap materials and has been very popular with great reviews on this. It's is such a shame you were not happy with it and hope you will come to love it as it is a beautiful ring.
