Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, I have unfortunately shopped with them online as I know that Nishat is a big brand name, so I was sure I am going to receive excellent service and product, but the reality is exactly the opposite.
On 26th of Feb I got an email that I am expected to receive the parcel by DPD, between 12:30-13:30, I have not received an email that its delivered, I have tracked it again on 13:35 and it showed delivered I checked my doorstep multiple times and I found nth was left there, then I rechecked the uploaded photo which showed my parcel being thrown at the entrance of building in a very unsafe spot, despite the fact that there is a sign from the building management asking the couriers not to leave any parcel at this spot, yet he left it there.
I contacted DPD, whom in return asked me to contact Nishat as they don't deal with customer directly, they deal with Nishat as a party who signed the contract of delivery, who should raise a complaint of the loss or the parcel being stolen, and then they(DPD) is going to resolve it and refund me with the cost of my parcel.
Today I have received an email from Khalid Hamayun telling me that sorry nothing can be done as DPD shared the pin location of the parcel being delivered !!!! Really?? Is that the customer service? Is it the way this loss should be dealt with, adding to that the content of the parcel was a gift for someone.
So the end result is zero, neither the parcel nor the refund, with no fault from my side, how unprofessional and frustrating is that?
