Nöa and Nani Avis 

Avoid Nöa & Nani at all costs. I placed an order on February 23rd based on their advertised "7-day delivery" guarantee. Not only was that deadline missed, but when the delivery finally arrived, it was incomplete. I received the bed frame, but no mattress—rendering the entire purchase useless.

The "customer service" is even worse than the logistics. After being ignored by automated bot responses, I finally reached a representative named Jodie, who was incredibly dismissive. No apology for the delay or the missing items; just a tracking number and a vague "it should arrive in the next few days."

It has been nearly two weeks. I have half a bed, no mattress, and a company that clearly doesn't care once they have your money. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

The product was good quality, although the instructions were hard to follow. My son loves it.

Great company to purchase from. My first time to buy something from them and sometimes spending for beds and mattress you have not seen in person makes you skeptical but my expectations were exceeded so far. Product purchased was excellent. Very happy.

I have used Noa and Nani a couple of times now and have always recieved great services and the products are solid.

Also, when I've emailed customer services, they respond quickly and answered all questions I had. I would use this company again.

I am really pleased with the service received from Nöa and Nani. Pricing was competitive and the item was of an excellent quality. Dispatch time was quick, which was perfect as I was in urgent need of a desk! The desk itself is stylish and was straightforward to build with clear instructions. I would certainly buy from this company again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

I rate Noa & Nani extremely high. I have made two separate orders from them. On both occasions, I found the website very easy to use, and finding the products I wanted to purchase was very straightforward. My experience was very smooth and I felt safe using the company. The checkout process went through without any problems, and there were different payment options available too. The first order I opted for fast delivery and I received it very quickly, the second order I went for the free delivery service. That was excellent, I was expecting my delivery to take up to 7 days, but it came in 2. I highly recommend Noa & Nani, their products are of a very high quality and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

These Shorty bunk beds went above my expectations in every way, they fit perfectly in my box room and my grandchildren are over the moon, they are of excellent quality and the most amazing instructions to build them, the best I’ve ever followed so I was able to build them myself and I am a 5ft , 71 year old woman and I breezed it ! Look no further if you want top quality and perfection for a small room

This has been one of the most frustrating and incompetent delivery experiences I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bed for my daughter (Order 418673) with a guaranteed 7-day delivery timeframe. Weeks later, I was still chasing missing parts, false updates, and broken promises.

The bed was delivered in multiple boxes, but only 2 of the 3 boxes arrived. The missing box was then marked as “delivered” on tracking, meaning I had absolutely no way of knowing where it was or when it would arrive. I was left with half a bed and no way to use it.

From that point onwards, I had to chase constantly. I was repeatedly told:
• “We will update you shortly”
• “You will get tracking tomorrow morning”
• “A replacement has been issued”
• “It will be with you in a few days”

None of this happened unless I contacted them first.

I was passed between multiple staff members and given different stories each time. There was no ownership, no urgency, and no real solution offered. Just apologies and more delays. The only to contact customer service is via the online chat, which keeps crashing. Secondly, you can spend hours waiting on someone becoming available to chat on it. Emailing them is useless as they don’t answer or take days to you basic, unhelpful responses.

The delivery went well beyond the advertised timeframe, which is completely unacceptable — especially when this was for my daughter’s bed and her room was supposed to be ready for her birthday. Instead, I was left stressed, chasing daily, and still without a complete product.

To make matters worse:
• The website does not clearly highlight that deliveries may be split across different days
• Separate tracking numbers were not provided for each parcel
• Communication was reactive, not proactive
• Promised updates repeatedly never happened

Even the replacement process was chaotic, with tracking promised multiple times and not provided when stated.

This company took my money quickly, but when things went wrong, it became my job to chase, manage, and push for answers.

I would strongly warn anyone considering ordering from Noa and Nani to think twice. Based on my experience, once something goes wrong, you are on your own.

The delivery they use, DXP are just as bad.

Avoid.

Bought a bed. 9 moths later completely broken. Waited over a month for a reply to multiple messages. Ended up having to buy a new bed as they seems to think it’s ok for someone to sleep on the floor

Ordered a small unit from this company as I’ve used them many times before. The box came quite bashed telling me it had been rattled around considerably on transport. I initially found a small chip on what would be the top of the unit (corner). It cost £49, so I was willing to let that one slip. Then once build the entire door was covered in chips. Not acceptable. They offered a partial refund of £7. I’d expect half the money I paid back for a unit that is not fit for purpose. I found this really insulting so I won’t ever use nonand nani again.

I can see why this company has so many awful reviews, wish I’d checked here first!

Trundle mattress advertised as 90x186cm which if is NOT!

Bought to go in my daughters trundle bed which measures 90x187cm and it is way too long, measuring at 190cm in length. So basically, a standard single!

They have been absolutely painful to deal with via email. Stalling my return by feeding me dribs and drabs of information and then taking days to respond! The latest is, I must roll the mattress up, securely fasten and then take a picture of it before they can book collection.

They have been insisting that they can send out a mattress in the correct measurements which is clearly bull. It’s a standard single that they sell and all they need to do (to avoid this problem again) is put the correct measurements on their website!

I will never buy from this brand ever again and would you not to spend your money here!

Ordered a bed at end of nov 2026 for xmas delivery. First item dispatched was lost, as was second. The company used the same courier for both deliveries!. Third delivery came after new year and included box 2 of 2, no box 1. Eventually box 1 was delivered last week. All in this took over 7 weeks for resumption and on complaint, an offer of 10 pounds compensation was made. Nobody took ownership at any point for the delivery issues and seemed that courier used was about money, not supplying my grand-daughters xmas present by 25th Dec.

Terrible customer service. Still waiting for replacement parts which arrived damaged, for over a month. Phone lines constantly closed. Don't respond to voicemails. Emails take 2/3 days reply. Send via XPD delivery company who don't update their tracking details.
Currently stuck with half a bed which we can't make due to missing parts, and additional parts which were sent incorrectly!
