Really happy with two products we got in the karlstead range. I missed the option to have delivery to the room and the boxes were heavy, however assembling was straight forward following instructions. Kept up to date on delivery times etc and the items are really good quality would recommend.

The whole experience, from website browsing, finding information and measurements and purchasing to delivery was excellent! Noa and Nani was a company I didn’t really know much about until I searched for a new bed for my daughter but it will certainly be a company I would use again!

I recently purchased the Koping Single Gas Lift Ottoman Bed in natural pine, and overall I’m really pleased with it. The bed is sturdy, well-made, and very comfortable. Most importantly, my son absolutely loves it, which makes it a great purchase in my book.

The storage feature is also a big plus and works really well for keeping things tidy. While I was initially a bit surprised that it didn’t come with a headboard, the quality and comfort of the bed itself definitely make up for it.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend this company for both quality and comfort.

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The item was delivered two Fridays ago but only assembled on Monday evening. Once assembled, I immediately noticed visible marks on the surface that look like pencil or scuff marks. I attempted to clean them off, but they are permanent.

Considering I paid £120 plus delivery, I expected a much higher standard of quality. The product I received looks used and does not reflect the price paid at all. A brand-new item should arrive in brand-new condition — this clearly did not.

I contacted customer service and was offered either a £20 partial refund or a full refund upon collection. Given the condition, I chose the refund, as the item simply isn’t worth the money.

I have since disassembled the item and repackaged it for collection, despite currently having a sprained arm. I provided photos showing the item back in its box and ready to go. The only step left was sealing it, which I fully intended to do before collection. Despite this, I received an email stating the product “needs to be sealed,” which feels unnecessary given it was clearly prepared for return.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. The quality of the item, combined with the handling of the return process, has been very disappointing. I hope this is resolved properly, as the product in its current condition is not worth what I paid.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I am still missing a chest of drawers that was supposedly “on route” over 9 days ago. Since then, there has been no meaningful update.

The company claims to be liaising with the courier to locate the item, yet neither party seems able to provide any clarity on where it actually is. At this stage, it’s entirely reasonable to assume the item is lost, damaged, or no longer recoverable.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of proactive customer service. A logical and customer-focused approach would be to issue a replacement promptly and then pursue a claim with the courier separately. Instead, they have chosen to ignore communication attempts and continue chasing an item that has effectively vanished.

Communication has been non-existent — calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and no clear resolution has been offered. This has left me with very little confidence that the issue will be resolved at all.

As a result, I have now escalated the matter by instructing my bank to initiate a dispute.

Overall, a shambolic experience marked by poor communication and a complete lack of accountability.

Terrible experience – avoid this company

My experience with Noa & Nani has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a bed which I never actually received, yet resolving the issue has taken weeks and still has not been properly handled.

The delivery “proof” they rely on is a photo of the parcel left outside my front door, which is not a safe or secure way to deliver an item. When I returned home, the item was not there, meaning I never received the product I paid for. Despite this, the process of getting help or a refund has been painfully slow.

Communication has also been extremely poor. There is no phone line to contact the company, so customers are left waiting for emails and getting nowhere. I have tried to remain polite and patient throughout this process, but the lack of urgency or proper customer support has been very disappointing.

After researching the company further, I discovered that many other customers have reported similar experiences, which I wish I had known before placing my order. Had I seen these reviews beforehand, I would never have ordered from them.

At this stage I feel like I have been completely let down as a customer. I paid for an item that I never received, and instead of the issue being resolved quickly, it has turned into a long and stressful process.

I will now be pursuing the matter through my bank and escalating the issue to Trading Standards, as well as sharing my experience publicly so that other customers are aware before ordering.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company.

It was my first time ordering from Noa and Nani, and although I can be a little nervous about ordering with new companies I decided to risk it.
The bookcase I ordered was great!! Sturdy and stylish, really blending in with my decoration.
Delivery was super efficient and customer services were great too.
Honestly would order again!

Bought a table from B&Q marketplace they supplied it clearly something that have been returned and it was completely rusty

Awful customer experience. I purchased a bed and the fixing kit was not included. There is also a crack on the drawer front of some furniture I ordered. You can only contact them by email and they ask you one question a day, such as are you sure it’s not in the box, but never respond to your questions. I have asked them to call me but they won’t. That was today’s email telling me they are online only but nothing was included on resolving the missing hardware. I just want the hardware, I am even happy to source it myself but they won’t engage with me. Honestly avoid this company. Looks like they can only cope when everything takes the happy path, but as soon as something goes wrong you are left stranded with zero customer service.

This company have been a complete headache to deal with. They sent me the wrong accessories for the bed I bought. I received pink princess accessories instead of those for a pirate ship. There’s a slat that is cracked and oozing sticky sap, a large deep scratch, and parts that don’t fit.

I’ve lost count of how many times I have tried to contact them in an effort to get things resolved, and I don’t know how many times I have been told that they’ll get back to me. It’s now the 18th of March and I’m still no further forward with them. If you have any sense you’ll avoid them like the plague.
