Norton Way Group - NW Honda Avis 

Bought car on 6th November was told all chip stones will be sorted and tow bar be taken off none of done as we agreed

My general experience dealing with Norton Way was good, the sales representatives were always polite, friendly and helpful. However, contacting the individual dealing with my purchase was always difficult due to shortage of staff.

Excellent professional service, and prompt replies to any queries I had. I would recommend them without any doubt.

Norton Honda found me a car in the exact colour and spec I was looking for. They were very efficient and helpful. There was a slight hiccup when it turned out that the car was not quite the same as advertised on carwow. It was an ex demo and not a pre-reg as claimed. But we were able to deal with that and the car was delivered quickly.

I live in Scotland and saw a car I liked in Nortons Way Honda in Letchworth Garden City I received excellent customer service from the salesman Michael George. He sent me video of car and when I explained I would need delivery to Cheshire that week he offered to get it delivered for me, although all drivers were really busy he pulled out all the stops and got my car to me . He kept me updated and sent all docs for me to sign . One day I called and was advised Michael was doing a handover and could they help, they answered my questions so I didn’t have to wait for a callback. Robert the delivery driver contacted me on the day giving me an eta. I am delighted with my car and the service I received. Excellent service and happy customer .

We found Katie extremely helpful, patient & Knowledgeable. We didn't expect to be able to take a test drive straight away without booking first, And found that very useful. We also didn't expect her kind offer to run us over to Letchworth, as we were on her way to work from Stevenage, to collect the car. This saved us from taking the train which was most helpful. The speed of the transaction also helped us as our hire car was collected the day before, & we would have been without transport. In general, the whole sales team were friendly and approachable without any pressure sales. We would recomend Norton Way, Honda in the future.
