Very pleasant sales person, Josh. Vehicle we wanted was in stock and available when we needed it. Small hiccup with order form was handled very professionally by Josh. Things go wrong, how you deal with it what counts. Car is a pleasure to drive.

The sales team, especially Josh, were honest and open about all buying options when purchasing my new car. I pushed for the best price on my new MX5 and Josh was polite and professional throughout. Friendly and helpful service
Friendly and helpful service from everyone we met at Norton Way Mazda with no pressure to buy. A test drive was organised for the same morning as we first enquired and then a straightforward purchase of the car following that. Car fully prepared and ready to collect at the promised time, all in all a very good experience and very happy with the car itself.

Good service
There was no pushy type sale. Everything was explained clearly, and all my questions were answered. A few days after buying my car I had to speak with the service department. Again the staff were very friendly and helpful as well as dealing with my issue. Very happy.

I was very happy with the after service…
I was very happy with the after service due to the vehicle having some small cosmetic issues car was taken back all the faults fixed, the only issue I would state is I’m still waiting for the service history of the new car and I can still get details on the old one.

Mazda purchase online
