Items arrived but don’t fit. I contacted them to find out how to return them and have been offered £17 refund on items of £50 as they say it’ll cost me to much on shipping so not to waste my time and just accept the £17 !!! Stunned that these types of companies are allowed to advertise on instagram etc without proper vetting. I’ll try through my bank to retract payment to them on credit card.

Terrible. Waited weeks on end for the product until I gave up and reported to them that items are not here. They refused refund and would constantly tell me to claim via the courier even though the company are to fill the original claim. Don’t waste your money it’s a very bad service and to me it seems like it’s a scam.

Purchased something off this website over 6 weeks ago!!!! As the reviews were good on the website obviously fooled as ivf just seen all the bad reviews on here!! And still not had my order!!

Items not the same as advertised. Big scam. Do not buy a thing from them. Clothes went into the bin not even fit to give to charity. These people should be ashamed of themselves. If i could i would give 0 stars 🤬

I ordered from this company for the 1st time and it will be last, bought 5 dress size M, im size 6 UKbut still its too small that would fit a 6 years old girl, very cheap quality nothing like the picture, it says that i need to pay for the return to Chaina! AVOID PLEASE DONT WATE YOUR MONEY!!!!! waste £60 on rubbish.

Ordered a fur coat and paid for fast delivery. Item arrived late and does not even look anything like the item ordered.
Product is an orange looking fur coat with fur falling off everywhere in my house. Thank God am not asthmatic as without warning there was fur flying around in the house:
Terrible terrible company and the returns process is not existent as you have to ask them for approval to return unwanted items. What a scam!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Deserves zero stars. Waited weeks for two items that looked lovely in the pictures, instead - I received two misshapen 'rags' of dire quality that had no resemblance to the items ordered. To add insult the sizing was way out - I ordered Large and they would probably be fine for a 7/8 year old child. AVOID this company - items come from China - take weeks and now I'm very out of pocket and can't get a refund - or rather, I could IF i return them to China at MY COST!!! AVOID!!!!!!

Clothing barely resembled that pictured on the website.
Size was so far off that it fitted my 9 year old daughter who is tiny.
Dress was supposed to be a "Sexy Lace Sequins Tassel Dress" yet didn't have any sequins on it at all and was just covered in glitter.
Offered a $14 refund on a $44 purchase and despite three emails asking for the return shipping address, they still didn’t tell me.

I bought their faux leather jacket. It was the quality of a vinyl shower curtain liner. So cheap and no way to return. They asked for a review saying not to write a bad review but to call them instead and they would give me $10 off my next $20 order.

Clothes arrived 3 weeks after I ordered them and have absolutely no resemblance to the pictures on the website! Different style and even a different colour!
Do Not Buy!

My order took over 3 weeks to arrive. I emailed the company to find out why it was taking so long only for them to say the items were out of stock. The website should have notified me before purchasing that items were no longer available. One dress I ordered was completely different than what was advertised. The other items were poor quality and stitching or fit poorly.

Received my first and last parcel from Nowrain today to my complete surprise as it’s taken so long to get here, I’d totally forgotten that I’d actually ordered from them to be honest. My parcel consists of a very cheaply poor quality white jacket that has no resemblance to the photo and a cheap but wearable blue checked shacket. Very unimpressed, no return details at all. Not a fan

This is worth no stars, took 4 weeks to receive the order and when arrived nothing like what was advertised!!. Very poor quality no better than a dish cloth... AVOID
