Very simple process!
I’ve used NUCO for a good few years now. The booking process is so straightforward, and it’s especially handy to have all the different elements in the one place. This year’s trip to Val Thorens was very smooth and we encountered no issues whatsoever. Looking forward to getting next year’s trip booked with NUCO again!

Ski Pass pre-printed and read for collection, ski hire top of the range, good solid skis for the conditions. fabulous service
I had a brilliant experience with nuco they were fast at replying & solved issues before they arose e.g. having to rent linen at our apartment. They organised all of our ski passes & collection couldn’t have been easier. Ski hire shop was also perfect & very close by. The apartment we ended up going for wasn’t listed on the website but they managed to arrange it for us as it was the most suitable. Will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you so much!!

Nuco made my Ski holiday easy
Nuco made booking the group ski trip very easy. Being able to access all the elements of the trip in one place really took the hassle out of the trip.
Although in the end we sorted our own flights nuco were ready to accommodate flights to and from different locations which was a real benefit.
I would definitely recommend Nuco to anyone looking to book a ski trip.

First time booking with NUCO
First time booking with NUCO and would definitely use again. Good flight times, easy transfers and accomodation in a great location in the centre of Zell am See, Austria. The vouchers for everything were available online ahead of travel so was very easy when we got into the resort.

Do not use this company at all costs
Do not use this company at all costs ! We booked a group ski holiday with this company and wow do I regret ! A month after the holiday they suddenly sent us a load of pictures claiming we had “£1000 with of damage to the room” what they didn’t know is we took videos and pictures of the room before we left and had evidence that this was not true! Secondly they would have had to tell us this within 48 hours not 4 weeks after the holiday ! Was a complete shock and they took it out of the card even though we sent evidence it was not us and to add how rude the staff were you couldn’t of got ruder staff if you tried - if I could add pictures to this review I would ! As it’s embarrassing on there end being caught out on such lies ! Scammers ! Do not use

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback regarding your recent stay. We take allegations of this nature very seriously and would like to clarify the process regarding the damage deposit held against your accommodation.
Damage deposit charges are driven by reports and photographic evidence provided by the local accommodation providers following your check-out.
Details of the charges, as well as images showing the damage caused to your apartment during your stay, were sent to your group leader in the days following your departure, so your claim that this was not sent until 4 weeks after your holiday is simply untrue.
We understand that receiving a damage claim is distressing, and we will do all we can to contest charges with our suppliers. While numerous members of your group have notified us that you have images and videos of the apartment at the time you departed, they so far have been unwilling to share thse with us.
If you do have time-stamped photos or videos from your departure, please send them directly to our team at holidays@nucotravel.com to assist with the investigation with the residence provider to ensure an accurate resolution.

We had just the best trip to Chamonix…
We had just the best trip to Chamonix with NUCO last week. The booking process couldn't have been easier and they took care of everything. I contacted customer services twice to ask questions, and they were so helpful and lovely. It was a hassle free holiday and I will absolutely use them again. Perfect in every way!!

Everything was great apart from the apartment. The front door didn’t lock properly the ski locker didn’t lock at all it said there was free WiFi they wanted you to rent the WiFi hub. I would never stay there again it’s a one star at the most

The booking process was easy, and the online chat were easy to reach. It might have been helpful to have some reps in resort especially when the weather was bad, but overall a good experience!

Fantastic company with great customer service
From the outset, the Nucco Travel website was clear, easy to navigate, and very user-friendly. I received excellent customer service throughout. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. On the day of our departure from the resort, Nucco even called to inform me that, due to adverse weather, they had arranged an earlier transfer to make sure we reached the airport in time for our flight. This level of care and professionalism really stood out. A fantastic company with outstanding staff. I will definitely be using them again!

A week in Val Thorne
Just came back from a week in Val Thorne and it honestly was the best time of our lives. NUCO played a big part in this to be honest. With NUCO we were able to book flights, transfers, accommodations and get the lift pass. Everything worked great and it was easy for us to get to our destination. The only thing that made me give a 4 star review instead of 5 is that after booking it we hear much back until the month before our holiday where they emailed to let us know that we would get our holiday vouchers 3-5 days before.
