NUCO have once again proven themselves as a fantastic partner to work with to support the planning of our annual ski holiday. Our contact in particular, Emmeke, has always been accessible, responsive and professional. NUCO have provided myself, my family (and my friends), with consistent updates that have given us the assurance and confidence that all phases of the booking have been handled professionally.
NUCO was pro-active and supportive when elements of our booking required amendments (given our party size), and I shall absolutely look to book my family's skiing excursion with the team next year. We experienced no issues between leaving Manchester, and travelling to our resort to collect where we collected our keys, pass & equipment.
I would absolutely recommend NUCO as an advisor when booking a holiday, particularly for a large party size.

False Advertising
Booked a package ski holiday in Alpe d'Huez after spending €2900 on our 4 Tomorrowland Winter tickets. Later Nuco emailed me to inform me they didn't actually have the hotel they advertised and had nothing available in the area. I'm now having to pay an extra €2000 now to find something a 20 min drive away. Avoid Nuco if you can.

Hi Joey G, we are really disappointed that we had to inform you that the accommodation you booked on Saturday wasn't available.
We informed you of this and were able to provide an alternative option, in Alpe d'Huez, on Sunday, within 24 hours of you making the booking. We appreciate this was a lower standard of accommodation than originally booked and as such you decided to proceed with cancelling. Your full refund was processed the same day so this should have credited your original payment card.
With the Tomorrowland Festival taking place in Alpe d'Huez for that week, which we are not affiliated with, we do not have any accommodation available and unfortunately, there was an error on our part which did show this one apartment as available. This was not something intentional to false advertise but an error that we updated and contacted you as soon as we possible could to rectify, within 24 hours.
We are very sorry this happened and would like to assure you that we are dedicated to ensuring we are fair and honest in everything we do, and we will be looking further into how this error occurred to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Organising such a big group could have been stressful, but she made the whole process smooth and straightforward.
