Nu Mind Wellness Avis 

I’ve been using the menopause supplements for a month now. I can’t say I notice anything yet (it’s early days yet though- it’s all good!)
I love having them all in a sachet- it’s SO helpful cos I can keep them in my bag so no excuse for forgetting to take them anymore- perfect!

I have been using Nu mind for about 6 months now, and would never want to be without it. I was living with constant low mood, plus panic attacks a few times a day. Since taking these supplements I am a completely different person—- I am happy. Thank you Nu mind. X

Really neatly packaged, easy to travel with which is convenient. I have suffered with low mood or unusually fluctuating moods while going through perimenopause. I am taking this supplement alongside a low dose of HRT and I do feel better and my mind is more focused. I have always had to manage anxiety throughout my life but feel like it’s escalated recently. Since taking the supplements alongside HRT I do think it’s helped and I feel my old, more confident self returning which allows me to manage any anxious thoughts. I will continue to take it as I do feel it’s been positive so far.

Reduced anxiety

Nu Mind's Stress Support Formula (incl. with the added live bacteria) has been very effective in helping me reduce my internal stress reactions and anxiety.

Nu Mind wellness is claiming an award winning formula of combining minerals and vitamins. I was sceptical but had done my research and had also extensively compared ingredients with other products. After only a couple of days on taking the daily sachet I noticed a significant improvement in my overall wellbeing: I am able to better focus during the day, cut through internal stress responses, stop anxiety spirals and my sleep has improved. Challenging days still happen but I find it much easier to step back, adapt my approach and make a new plan. Overall I feel these essential minerals and vitamins were the last "puzzle piece" on what I needed to feed my brain in addition to other strategies that I am using. In addiiton my immune system has improved and sore throats or colds have not manifested during the autumn months.

Following a one month supply I recently signed up for monthly supplies and included the live bacteria. They arrive in a beautifully presented parcel as my monthly treat to myself.

In summary these essential nutrients by Nu Mind Wellness seem to be working well in internally promoting a sense of calm in my daily life, improving my sleep and physical health as a busy professional and working mum, so much that my husband asked me to start taking them, too. I highly recommend investing in yourself, the money is worth it!

This is easily the best multi nutrient and adaptogen supplement out there for people with anxiety. Within a week of taking the supplement I feel calmer and more at peace with myself. It has high quality versions of ingredients such as methylcobalamin for B12 and magnesium glycinate rather than oxide. You will often pay a good amount for any of these in isolation, so the price to have these in an all in one supplement is excellent value. The adaptogens included are all well documented to be effective for stress and anxiety. Best results come from consistent use. Well recommended.

I’ve been taking NuMind vitamins now for several months. Before I started taking them I was suffering badly with anxiety and from that “sense of doom” feeling it can bring. Totally love these, needed to try something for my anxiety and stress, I didn’t realise how much they helped until I ran out 5 days later I felt dreadful and was glad when next order arrived, won’t be without now they also help with menopause symptoms been on them now over 12 months and part of my daily routine also get great information and tips to help

I love the Nu Mind products. Initially I used the product to help with my own sleep and anxiety. I found it really effective. I have introduced the product to both of my adult children who are in their 20s. They both now use Nu Mind and value it as part of their daily self care.

I've tried both the Stress Support Formula and the Menopause Support. I've found both REALLY beneficial in different ways. For me the Stress Support Formula was so helpful with my sleeping - I felt much calmer and had really good sleep. With the Menopause Support I found the weight around my middle reduced and people told me that my skin looked really good!

For the time-being I'm going to swap between the two.

The packaging and information is excellent so is the customer support. I would highly recommend.

I have been taking Nu mind supplements for 3 months and I feel like a “Nu” person. I’ve been using this product for just over a month and am really happy with the results. I definitely feel calmer and seem to be sleeping better which is great.
