I have been using Nu Mind for 6 months now and can honestly say these tablets are a blessing. Gone are all of the bottles cluttering up my work surface -and replaced with one lovely little pouch of tablets a day which do wonders for calming the mind and making you feel great. Would highly recommend if you struggle from anxiety and also if you are a women going through the menopause.

I don’t usually leave reviews for stuff, but these supplements have honestly made a significant difference in just 4 days.. I feel chilled!

I have really felt the benefit from starting their supplements and am a lot more positive, am sleeping better and much more engaged in social settings!
