Excellent product and excellent customer service

I've been a happy customer for many years and had one issue come up just recently that was addressed seamlessly. Krissy made the process very simple. Will keep buying NYK1 as love your products!

Always buy my shampoo and conditioner have been for a long time . Had a problem with my conditioner recently, with in a few days I was sent a replacement. Always so very helpful on line , the company can’t do enough and they keep in contact making sure everything is all right with the products 10/10 would recommend this company

I’ve been using NYK1 for a couple of years now and have loved the product. However, my most recent purchase is not the same. The conditioner which used to be a lovely cream colour and great consistency is now terrible. It’s a pinky colour and leaves the scalp itching. It has damaged my hair causing breakage so I have no idea what changes they have made but if you have fragile fine hair, my advice would be to stay clear of this product. Such a shame it’s gone down hill.

Absolutely fantastic shampoo n conditioner, I’ve bought absolutely loads over the years differently products rubbish they where , well what can I say , its fantastic, takes the yellow out off my hair , and the lovely colour blonde it leaves us unbelievable, I no I might sound like I’m going over board , but it’s great , I was even thinking off going light brown , till I tried these products so glad I didn’t , and found these two beauties , I’ve recommended to my friends who live in Spain , I’ve to order them some and take it over 👍👍, give it a try brilliant

First and foremost, this stuff does actually work.
I know, right. You don't expect that sort of thing nowadays.
But I had a problem with my order because Amazon sent me a half-empty bottle that had clearly been returned and put back on the shelf.
My complaint was redirected to the company and dealt with by a delightful person named Krissy who sorted everything out in a very warm and professional way.
All things considered, then, I am happy to endorse both the company and the product.
Don't expect *instant* visible changes, though. For me, the first signs were a slight thickening and darkening of the hair shafts at around four weeks. From thereon the improvements continue. The quality of the final result will vary from person to person, I guess, but it will do something positive.

Nyk1 Lashforce does work! I am so happy with this item, you can see the results after one month. Fuller, thicker and longer lashes! Also i want to say that service is excelend and they care about their customers. Any problem and they solve it fast, i am so happy!

I recently purchased a foot file from NYK1. This is an amazing product. Works so quickly. I had a small issue with the plastic skin collector but customer services were outstanding. I received a reply within 24 hrs and all communications were excellent. The matter was resolved quickly. Good to deal with a UK business and people who care

I just wanted to write and say what excellent customer service I recently received from NYK1. I wrote to them to inform them that a parcel I ordered and received of Sulfate free conditioner had leaked in the box. So I sent them an e mail via their site to inform them but could not attach a picture. They contacted me via e mail to ask me to send pictures which I duly did. They wrote back to me and informed me they will look at finding a way of sealing the bottle and thanked me for letting them know. I then received a followup email from them on the 24/12 asking if they thought the bottles were at their fullest on delivery. I said I did not think so but as I had started using them I could not confirm the weight. They were super kind and offered to send me a replacement. Wanted to say a huge thank you I appreciate that you followed up with me and did everything to make me feel like a valued customer.

Great product , used for a year or more and my lashes are great ,I noticed a difference in the first few weeks of using , continue to use to maintain . Lashes definitely longer , always get comments regarding length.

I had an issue with my NYK1 Sulphate-free Conditioner consistency (which I'd bought via Amazon) and reached out to their customer support to see if they could help with the issue. Krissy has been absolutely fantastic, and they have sent me a replacement straight away, free of charge! x
