We made an online order to Oak Solution. The company kept us informed of when the product would be delivered. Arrangements were made easily and the driver telephoned us when he was on his way, delivery couldn’t have been any better. From ordering to delivery all done within two weeks. Thank you Oak Solution. First time customer with the company. Information on delivery and timings very good. No problem with the procedure of purchasing. Disappointed with the purchase, one of the locks didn’t work and the other only with some fiddling with the key. The cabinet needed polishing as certain areas looked faded. After purchasing new locks and giving it deep polish to enhance the wood I now have an useful and workable cabinet

Delivery was when expected and was well packaged for protection. We hadn't realised that there was a choice of handles for the drawers, which was brilliant as we decided that we preferred the black ones, rather than the wooden ones.

From ordering to delivery to product quality everything was first class. Would definately use again and recomend

I bought 3 items from the Suffolk range and I couldn't be more pleased. They are made from solid and really good quality. The price was also much better than any other website. It was delivered quickly within a week.

Customer service is excellent. Had a few problems with a damaged unit which has now been replaced and I am more than happy with. Delivery of the new unit took longer than hoped but couldn't be helped due to China shutting down with Covid. However I was kept informed regularly. I spoke to Akeem on quite a few occasions and always found him very helpful. Kinetics, the delivery company are also very good, you get a 3 hour window and a phone call when half hour away. Happy to recommend this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I would suggest that the bookcase is very heavy and I think should have been delivered by two men. It was hard for just one man.
