Garden furniture was delivered quickly. Delivery men helpful and took the boxes to our garden. Furniture was simple to assemble and looks great, seats are comfortable. I’m very pleased with purchase.

Ordered pair chest of drawers, ordering and delivery went smoothly. Pleasantly surprised with the quality,looks like they are built to last,without being to heavy to move around.
The thing that is missing which could help customers is not having internal dimensions of the drawers

Great quality furniture and delivery arrived exactly when expected. The single delivery driver and I did struggle with the heavy sideboard but he was a pleasant chap and all was good once we did manage to get the item off his van. Will definitely use Oak Solution again!

Ordered a dressing table to match my current furniture and it does so perfectly. Very good quality furniture with no hardboard backing. Delivery was within 2 weeks which was great. The only thing I would say is that the delivery drivers wouldn’t take the furniture upstairs which caused a problem as it comes assembled and is very heavy!

My Crescent range Hi Fi cabinet is very solid and well made and as advertised. I'm very happy with it. Oak Solution was very helpful and easy to communicate with regarding the delivery. I got the cabinet delivered to the back of my car, outside the house, as I can't take time off work to take deliveries. I'd recommend Oak Solution for well made solid oak furniture and good customer service.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I don't believe I have experienced such great communication from anywhere else ever. Lots of companies should take a leaf from your book. The furniture is great quality and looks lovely in my room.

Great customer service. I ordered a product which was out of stock so they offered me a more expensive alternative and matched the price of the original one. Was also the cheapest place I could find which sold this particular product. Only issue was the communication could’ve been slightly better on the fact that the handles were shipped separately, but apart from that, all good!

Delivery was cancelled 3 times and each time we were given the same excuse……” not enough room on the delivery van”!
Certainly will not be ordering from this company ever again
