The furniture is nice looking, the delivery driver was so helpful. However the magnets of the door is so strong that it couldn’t be opened easily, and the shoe cabinet was a quite tilted towards the front, making quite a gap between the wall and the back of the cabinet at the top.

Everything went well from order to delivery. I was not altogether satisfied with the quality of the furniture relative to its price and this was also addressed by the company through a goodwill gesture.

Fantastic company kept me up to date at ever move. My furniture is great and several people have commented on the quality. a good purchase on my part and I will highly recommend.

The main body of the CD Rack is sturdy and it looks good. (£5 on some strong plastic alignment wedges might be a good idea if you don't want to screw the rack to the wall with the safety strip - in my case I'm glad I didn't because of what follows.) Easily accommodates around 175 cds. Marks off for the shelves in my rack, one of which slumped after four months - this was annoying as I had to empty all seven shelves, lay the rack on the floor and (awkwardly, because of the width of the shelf-spaces and the need to reach in towards the back for two out of every shelf's four screws) tighten everything up as best I could while pushing some of the plastic fittings back up into place. Whether this will be enough to prevent a repeat remains to be seen.

Ordered a large, expensive cabinet in June and knowing it was out of stock was expecting it to arrive around the end of October as stated in my order confirmation email. It actually came in a month earlier and I took delivery just last week. There was a choice of handles, I chose the wood and some of them came in the post, just five when there should have been nine. I called and the customer service agent apologised for the error and promised to send more but they've not arrived. There are metal handles on the cabinet so I'll make do for now. Despite this, the cabinet is solid wood and very heavy. Excellent quality of workmanship with some great details such as tags to prevent the drawers from coming right out and little lights that you can move to suit your needs.
It came on a two man delivery, they unpacked it, put it in position, set it up and took all the packaging mess away with them.
The only reason I've given four stars instead of five is due to being given three earlier dates for the item to arrive before finally confirming it was in stock and of course the missing handles.

We found this company through a google search as we were looking for a specific cabinet that had to fit a small space. We were particularly delighted as the cabinet came within budget due to its sale price.
It is a lovely unit, very good quality. It has 3 shelf areas behind the glass door and also a very useful drawer.

I needed a unit for all my Home Entertainment equipment, I had previously used self-assembly units but found that they were ultimately unsuitable, thus offered poor value .
I found the Oak Unit. It was reduced in price but it matched my decor.
It was delivered on time and On the whole, I'm very pleased, although I have a minor niggle: The hole to allow cable access is a little on the small side and it would be useful if there was a notch in the shelves to allow the cables to connect the equipment

Purchased a media unit and I am absolutely blown away by the incredibly high standard of workmanship, this is a really high end quality item. Service and delivery communications were also outstanding, would recommend this company highly to any prospective customers.

I have purchased two separate items from this company and it’s been spot on every time. The only thing is the confirmation e mail always went into my junk mail. So just had to remember to check that.

Easy to order online and delivery was completed satisfactorily, although, it wasn't plain sailing to get the product in situ. Delivered according to their delivery timescale. The sideboard is sturdy and well made. Happy customer.

Ordered a mixture of bedroom and lounge furniture. Lounge items were exactly what we wanted but a few issues with the bedroom items. Sam at Oak Solution pulled out all the stops to sort out over the following weeks, nothing was too much trouble and despite the last item taking a while to arrive due to well documented worldwide delivery issues by the end of my experience I was thoroughly impressed.
