It's all about the customer service
It's all about the customer service - Oak Solution has this by the bucket load. What a joy to speak to someone on the phone - and to get return calls. If I need any other furniture, this will be my first port of call.

I am happy to recommend Oak Solution
I was a bit nervous about spending £1400 with a company I hadn't heard of, but their reviews were good so I went ahead.
On placing my order, I immediately received email confirmation, which is always a relief. Two days later, another email invited me to choose a delivery date. I did so and another email quickly confirmed that my delivery was booked.
The email stated that free delivery is carried out by a single man. As I wanted the furniture delivered upstairs to my bedroom, I telephoned Oak Solution to discuss this. I paid £25 for a two man delivery team, which Oak Solution then arranged.
Swift Removal Ltd were excellent. They phoned when they were 15 minutes away and when they arrived were polite, friendly and respectful of my house and my delivery.
The Opus furniture is everything I'd hoped for, was very well packaged and all arrived in perfect condition.
An hour after delivery, I received a courtesy call from Oak Solution to check that all was well and that I was a happy customer. I'm pleased that I chose to shop with Oak Solution and definitely recommend them.

Purchased an oak hall unit from this company and very pleased with it.
Ordered on the telephone and very polite salesperson.
Within a few days the cabinet arrived safely and delivery company used was also excellent.
I would have no hesitation ordering from this company again.

Great company to deal with.
We were looking for a specific item (a TV stand to match existing oak Z piece). We found the exact item at a very reasonable price.
Ordering was straightforward and delivery was as arranged.

Great product, but lots of spam.
The product was exactly as shown, really well packaged and delivered undamaged. It's really well constructed, solid and looks great. And yes I would buy from them again. My only niggle is the holes that the handles screw into aren't level so one handle is higher than the other but decided we could live with it. Only issue I have, and I don't know whos fault this is but since my purchase I've been swamped with spam emails from shipping companies saying that I have an outstanding delivery from Oak Solution and I need to pay duties etc. I have several a day. Had several other scams too all referring to Oak Solutions, it's relentless. So I would question their website security or whether data is being sold on. Something doesn't quite feel right here.

Wouldn't look past them
We had a console table from this company and we're very pleased with the design and quality. So when we were looking for a media unit we thought of them first and just like our previous purchase we recieved a quality piece of furniture at a great price and delivered promptly.

Perfect for the job!
Oak solution is an extremely professional company to deal with. I was kept informed of the progress of my order at each stage, together with that of the delivery company. The item - a CD and/or DVD storage unit was delivered to the appropriate room by courteous and respectful staff. It was extremely well packaged and I was delighted with my purchase, perfect for the job and well manufactured. I would use oak solutions again.

A beautiful console table
I bought a beautiful console table and am absolutely over the moon with it.
It looks gorgeous in my hall & everyone comments on it.
It is a perfect size as I was very limited on fitting.

Same furniture costs more on other sites.
Good quality oak furniture delivered in good condition at a lower price than advertised elsewhere.
