First time visiting florida and ocean florida made the process seamless, nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Would 100% recommend

Tom was excellent and helped navigate all the options, we went back and forward with changes to hotels, dropping days, adding days and was very quick to come back with a solution.

Booking process easy and quick email correspondence. Dealt with a change of flight by airline quickly and efficiently by talking directly to flight team whilst we were on holiday, and getting us another flight back home .

I have read bad reviews about this company but we have now used them twice and they are in my opinion excellent. The customer service is second to none and the whole experience from booking through to return of holiday was smooth. Tex and Lauren both were extremely helpful and very professional at all times. Customer service in the US was easy to get hold off and were equally as friendly and helpful as the UK team. Would recommend them 100% thank you for a great holiday.

Darren was super helpful and friendly and I felt at ease booking our holiday with him as he was also very knowledgeable and answered any queries I had perfectly. I’m taking my son to Universal in Orlando for the week which is something I’ve an always wanted to do and we got an amazing deal with tickets included. I couldn’t be happier!

We have already booked multiple holidays with Ocean in the past and had a great experience, so with confidence, have used them again for our 2027 one. The booking process was great, Danny Eden was superb at helping us get the best possible price for our slightly bespoke booking which we made a few months ago. Since then we have sought help with some holiday extras which we have personal experience of booking ourselves in the past, which took up loads of time and incurred additional costs. Through a request for help email, we were passed on to Charlotte Kavanagh, who offered her support in getting our requests fulfilled. I have come on here specifically to call out her exceptional service. She has sorted everything she could quickly, professionally and with all the care and compassion you could possibly hope for. Thank you for elevating our experience with Ocean to even greater heights - I can't recommend this company and it's superb staff highly enough.

The staff listened to what we were looking for. They did some research and got back in touch with us. The price was very reasonable, so we booked our trip. It was very easy at a later date to add extras on.

We have booked the holiday of a lifetime to Florida, including both Disney and Universal, and we honestly couldn’t be more excited! This trip is incredibly special to us as we are using my grandad’s inheritance / my mum’s dads inheritance to make some unforgettable family memories with me and my mum, so having someone we can completely trust to organise everything has meant so much.

Lauren has genuinely gone above and beyond throughout the whole process. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and she has always been there to answer every question, no matter how big or small.

We recently had an issue with our flights home, which could have been incredibly stressful, but Lauren was absolutely amazing. She acted so quickly and managed to arrange two brand-new flights with a different airline, taking all the stress out of the situation for us. She kept us informed, answered all our questions and was there whenever we needed her.

It’s very rare to come across someone who puts so much care, effort and personal attention into what they do. Lauren has gone far beyond what we could have expected, and we honestly cannot thank her enough.
