About to embark on a big family holiday all organised by ocean Florida.great help from lyndsey the accessibility coordinator. Just one of a few great members of staff. Will be using them again in future to book another holiday

Looked around and found this company on Facebook phone up and arranged my holiday very swiftly. I spoke to a man called Tom West and he was brilliant from start to finish with my booking he was so pleasant to deal with , Thanks Tom.

Wow! We have booked a holiday to Tampa and the Deep South!! What a fabulously easy process and soo affordable! Ricky was our agent and he pulled out all the stops! Professional, patient, knowledgable and friendly! Thankyou Ricky!

Slight hesitancy in booking with Ocean Florida but found it a personal service from start to finish, listened to what we wanted and easy to see travel documents in Manage my booking. Fantastic experience and holiday would book with Ocean Florida again. Excellent service.

The company did a fabulous job at finding us accommodation that was literally a 1 minute walk from Time Square. Staff were knowledgeable about New York and shared their own experiences so that we could make informed choices. They had lots of tips for the best way to see the city in our 1 week stay. The staff were always pleasant and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone that we requested information or advice from.
I would absolutely 💯 use this company again for another holiday. They took the stress out of planning and the travelling.

From first contact with Lawrence his knowledge was invaluable, he made the whole booking procedure seamless. Then when our flights changed Lila sorted it all out very professionally and finally Sinem who must have the patience of a saint, sorted out attraction tickets for us which was no mean feat. These 3 people knew their stuff. They gave me confidence in the company that this holiday will be perfect for us and free from any hassle. Sinem actually took the time to phone me to check through all the details and that we had got all our necessary documents I’ve never known this ever happen before with any travel agent I have used in the past. I would recommend using this company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

From the very start speaking with Jane the entire experience was hassle free.

We went on a family holiday for 2 weeks to Orlando with a very young child and an older family member which, under different circumstances, could have been a very stressful experience.

Everything went smoothly. The team in the uk and Orlando were both very helpful.

Everything that was promised was done to the highest degree.

Absolutely amazing, we reached out for a quote online and I received a call from Tom West, he was fantastic. Asked what we wanted to experience, what we had already looked at and a budget aim. Tom recommended a holiday under the budget but onsite at disney, talked us through why he would stay there and the benefits to our family, helped us select dates to save money on flights. Information was emailed over and rang me back a few days later giving me a chance to review it.

The personal touches of his own experiences were so great to hear and we booked! We are now so excited, we thought booking a Disney trip would be stressful but with Tom's advice we are looking forward to a truly magical experience.

Very impressed with the service I received from James Hill. As I was booking for 9 people I wanted it to be right and the best value. I had a few questions and they were answered before I committed to book and he was not pushy at all.

I was thinking about booking everything separately until I spoke to ocean, our rep Tom was so informative and helpful picking out a great villa, virgin flights and an SUV to cruise around in all at an amazing price. I would highly recommend.

Ocean Florida have been excellent to deal with again. Yes I'm a repeat customer for a reason and I would happily come back again.
They were extremely flexible with my package needs and delivered excellent service. Very easy to work with once I was ready to commit to booking.

Please do not book with Ocean Florida ....we have had the worst experience with them. Our flights were cancelled and re booked for 2 days later, we obviously have no hotel booked for the 2 days when we contacted there out of hours emergency number we were basically told read the policy it's not our problem this after spending over £9000...thank god we had a lovely hotel manager to help so we didn't end up asleep around the pool with 4 children.
