Poor finish

Bought two duvet sets - cotton threads hanging from seams all over the duvet cover and pillow cases would not buy from them again - ok saying can get refund but I have now got to get them back to a pick up station

I preordered a rug on the 5th of this…

I preordered a rug on the 5th of this month, expecting a straightforward delivery as they gave me a timeframe. It was meant to be dispatched yesterday, but I’ve had zero updates. I filled out the online form, reached out on social media multiple times, and still have received no response from customer service. The silence is frustrating and unacceptable. If this is how they handle basic orders, I dread to think what happens when something goes wrong. I want my rug, or at the very least, some communication on when it is due!

Very un happy customer !

Awful communication from this company, cannot ring them can only email which they hardly respond to. Been waiting 2 weeks for my order, supposed to have been delivered by Yodel who are equally as bad , and now have been sent back to OHS . There is no information in my account as to what is going on. So stressful.

Missing items, refuse to refund

I ordered over £200 of stuff in 2 separate orders from this website. The first order was missing 2 stools from which I emailed the company about and they've told me I have to file a complaint against the courier who delivered them despite the packaging not being tampered with at all and they weren't put in the parcel in the first place.

I have just received my second order which again is missing another item! This company is a joke. Not only do they pass the blame of their mistake onto the courier who is innocently being accused but they also refuse to refund! I will never use this company again. If it looks too good to be true its because it is!! AVOID!!!!!!!!

Buy at your peril…

This is the second time I have ordered from this company, the first time quite a while ago. My first order I had no complaints about, but this order is just rubbish that’s being sold ! Every one of the items is made of very thin poor material, rag like ! It’s shocking that they think it’s acceptable to sell it ! But the worst thing is on a £20 order ,£4 of which was postage , they take another £3.50 for return postage!! So I would have spent £7.50 on nothing!! Because this rip off company thinks it’s ok to sell rags!! I think anyone thinking of buying from them ,should think again & give them a wide berth!!

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered 3 weeks ago still not received items. Keep being told different things. Quick enough to take your money but no goods. Would not recommend this company at all.

Ordered a coat £26 plus delivery of…

Ordered a coat £26 plus delivery of £3.99 it was to big so sent it back, I had to pay £3.99 to return that was on the 20/10/25 still waiting for my refund, definitely won’t be buying anything else from there.

Ordered a set of storage bags. I was kept updated on the delivery process all the way. Delivery was prompt and placed exactly as requested as I was going to be out. Bags were as described before purchase. They have proved really useful, sturdy and convenient. Very reasonably priced too.

Rubbish quality, not as described

I bought two jumpers one described as 'wool' one described as 'cashmere'. I frankly wasn't expecting cashmerte at that price, but thought they should at least be wool rather than artificial fibres. They just turned up - they're cheap, stretchy synthetic fibres and the shape and fit is nothing like the pictures..

Clothing Size not as expected

Ordered a Ladies fleece jacket S/M but it's quite large. Would say more M/L. Will keep as can hide with a scarf.

Also ordered a duvet set and cuddle cushion and had no issues at all with these items. Very reasonably priced

Awful

Awful. Ordered: a pack of 4 medium support pillows, 1 duvet cover, 1 king-size mattress topper and a king size 13.5 tog duvet. Cost me almost £70. When i placed my order it came up that my Duvet was on "pre-order" until the 27th October and i ordered on the 25th September. So i contacted customer service asking if i could cancel as i couldn't wait a month for a duvet as it's coming up to Winter. They got back to me and explained that i couldn't cancel as it had already been dispatched. Which in my head - it's on its way, right?.. Wrong.

Today i have received 2 THIN pillows with absolutely no substance to them, and my duvet cover... No Mattress topper, no 4 packs of pillows, & no duvet. I contacted customer service again to say half of my order is missing and they must have sent the wrong pillows and they sent back an auto-message basically saying the package will come in 2 half's with different tracking numbers - i looked again at my order and ALL of the order had the same tracking information and all of my purchased items were on the invoice to be delivered. Within the hour i had someone respond asking if i would like a refund which i said yes to & i haven't heard off them since.

Very quick to take your money but once you mention a refund you're a ghost! So that's money down the drain, again!

Delivered but not received

Placing order was easy. Tracking was not sent and I still haven't received my order. Though I found through the site how to track it, it seems it was delivered and there is a picture showing that it was. Only thing is, my parcel was left in an unsafe place by the courier, so seems someone has pinched it from my doorstep. This is not the fault of the company as it was clearly sent but I have tried getting in touch with OHS customer service by replying to email and I am being ignored. I am also out of pocket because a courier could not put the parcel in a safe place or to my neighbour for safe keeping, or even over back gate where no one would see it there. I dont know what to do. I need someone to get back to me please.

Ordered a dressing table stool

Ordered a dressing table stool, cost was reasonable
When I received the stool, the cushion was far too hard
To return OHS charge £3:50 - so when you add the postage to get it plus the return it - it IS NOT REALLY value for money or worth the hassles

Horrible Quality

Ordered memory foam pillows - lumps of memory foam pillows are what have arrived!! Horrible poor quality rubbish. Company stock response email says they will get back to me in 3 days. In my experience that’s never with this company. Spend your money elsewhere
