I wanted to give a 5 star review for the service we have had from Olliers and specifically from Catherine Baird. As everyone who contacts a solicitor, this was one of the most difficult and stressful periods our lives. Catherine was very supporting and gave us all the tools needed. She suggested evidence we can use which would help us and also was available every time we needed her - which we appreciated very much. Overall we thank her for the result which was one of our desired outcomes.

Excellent service throughout.
I started by saying I want a face to face meeting to discuss the issue and my options, rather than the usual whole performance of paying for a report which might be a waste of time.
They agreed to this and it was arranged for a fee agreed in advance. Based on that, I decided to proceed. Olliers were very clear and up front about the likelihood of success and took the time to answer all of my questions and my suggested wording amendments.
The application was a success and I am delighted - would certainly recommend to others.

Had a court at 10am today and no one from the Olliers came and represent even though a duty one was given from the firm. No contact was made prior the court date. I know it was a duty one but even then, someone should turn up to court for representation
