They take 90 pence a month so your balance is always dwindling. My card was given to in 2023 and isnt supposed to expire until 2025. But there is nothing on it even though I have not spent anything on it. This is a fraud and needs to be stopped. It is not clearly explained to the purchaser or the receiver. This needs to be stopped.

Don’t buy these as a gift. I still have two in my purse because of purchasing restrictions. You cannot use as part payment toward something more expensive than the balance so you have to purchase something same amount or less. In my case what’s left is such a small amount I’ll never be able to use it. So guess what, the company gets to keep that. Also, they take off an amount each month for charges?!!

awful company! Valid until 2026 but after a certain time period they take 90p off each month. no one let me know this! i lost £6 off my card.

Having been given this card for a relative for my birthday in August, I’m yet to find a store that will accept it, leaving me forced to pay for my purchase at the till thinking I could use my £50 this is a joke.
Please reply and explain what is going on if listed retailers are not accepting these?

Didn't even get to spend £100 nanny had put on the card for my daughter 10th birthday as she went to spent it the Ballance was 0.00 as someone had already pent it on River Island online, they told me that they couldn't give me the address it went to as it's breach of data protection but my argument is that it my card my data .all for one said they were investigated but never got back to us that's £100 gone and no one is taking the blame

Was given a a one for all card as a gift from a colleague. Whenever I try and use online it declines. How embarrassing for the person who gifted it to me!! I've done exactly as suggested and not put it through as a gift card. Declined again. Please do not buy these cards. I have also checked balance online. I hope I haven't been scammed out of my balance as reported by another unhappy customer.

Awful system. Really difficult to spend In store and online. Can’t use more than one card per transaction and had to convert to gift vouchers. One never showed up and they washed all hands of it. So I lost money. Honestly shocking product. DO NOT BUY

False advertisement really a pre pay visa. If you are like me and got two for monthers day you can only use one good job my daughter thought to buy a boots gift card with them in store. Even when you use app to pur both together it doesn't work online scam

Does not ever call me back everything says 24 hrs response never get one been waiting since December

I had two cards - both useless but managed to get a refund and Sarah from customer services was as helpful as she could be. Still think the cards are rubbish but at least I got my money back.

Absolute rubbish and customer support is worse. If i could give a 0 i would.
Have 2 cards. One I cant activate and have emailed + phones 4 times. It looks like my card / account is a set up in a different county despite a UK address.
My other card has an amount left on but cannot submit a transaction as it has to be an exact amount. According to the shops. The shops dont like them as the staff are saying they always have trouble submitting the payment on them.

Good quality products of home entertainment appliances. Have unique, stylish and modern designs. Easy to install and use at home. However, takes longer time than expected to deliver the product. Otherwise, nice service.

I've been using oneforall remotes for years and they have been and still continue to be brilliant. They guarantee that there remotes will work any device and they stick by that guarantee. A company is only as good as the support and this is where oneforall are amongst the best in the business,superfast email support the correct answers, and all other issues resolved 99% first time. Brilliant all round

Ridiculous these cards cannot be used online to buy something over the value of the card! A big flaw and makes it's uses even more limited than they already are, especially during lockdown. Would not recommend these as gifts for anyone!

badly designed product (TV remote), the key that completely closes out of any app you're on, is directly above the volume keys, and it's exactly the same shape size & feel.

Scam scam scam.The card is a scam. Call centre agents just put phone down when quizzed for a refund. No response from emails just ripping people off scam scam scam

Concept doesn't make sense. Can only spend up to the balance, get charged a monthly fee if you don't use it within the time.

If it's Crap take it back ...that's exactly what I'm going to do !
Can't get Apps or Netflix through the nettv key as I can't find macro code to enter. If I had my old remote to program if from I would not have bought a new one !
Waste of money and waste of my time trying to set it up !

Purchased a remote via pcworld.co.uk I checked the website which said it was fully compatible with the device - the product was advertised with full support too; once received the device was a mess, rattling, losing it's memory, hard to programme. I contacted support and received a response 3 days later stating that the functionality wasn't available - so how is it fully compatible??

Customer service absolutely abysmal, will be contacting the retailer to have the product returned. What a waste of time and money - oh and the remote didn't even come with it's own set of batteries of which is required 4!!
