We were lucky to have had Natalie looking after us and she was patient, understanding, very clear in the details provided and personable too. The whole process from start to finish of doing both myself and my wife's funeral plan was seamless. Even the follow up where we were told if there was anything we wanted to change at any time we could do that at no extra cost was great. Natalie was really wonderful in recording my wishes in a most sensitive fashion. She made the experience of agreeing the plan seem fulfilling and not a bit morbid or depressing. The whole conversation was uplifting because she made me think about the folks I would be leaving behind, and what they would enjoy for my send-off, coupled with how I would like them to remember me.
