Theresa from Open prepaid funeral plans was caring, understanding and supportive throughout the whole process.
She kept it simple and didn’t over complicate what is a very sensitive issue.

When we contacted Open Pre paid Funerals we spoke to Natalie who immediately put us at ease with her pleasant,helpful demeanour.
She enabled us to discuss our wishes openly and in a relaxed manner. We’re very satisfied with the outcome and the reasonable cost of our plans.
Also received a follow up call after receiving our documents.

Positive experience.
We were unsure what to expect when arranging our prepaid funeral plan. However, our funeral plan arranger, Theresa, was excellent in clarifying the procedures required. The costings were clearly explained and there was no pressure placed upon us to take out a plan there and then.

The lady who dealt with my case was…
The lady who dealt with my case was Natalie. She was very helpful, friendly and made sure that I was treated with dignity and respect. Her approach made it very easy to talk to her and to have everything that I required. It was very much appreciated that she followed up our initial call to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my plan. If only all cases like this had someone like Natalie deal with them, it would make life so much easier and more enjoyable.

Funeral planning experience
I was given clear information in a very competent and considerate manner. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, polite and pleasant, and I can't praise or thank her enough. In short she was excellent and I would have no qualms in recommending her. Similarly the Funeral Director at Barnsley Municipal Funerals was very pleasant and helpful

Both George Roberts (Roberts Funeral Director) and Amy Poppitt at Open Prepaid Funerals were excellent and everything was fully explained with absolutely no pressure what so ever.
It is also reassuring to know that "Open" are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and that my money is safely held.

First of all i have to apologise for my late review i have been meaning to get around to it for a while but i do remember the appointment and the young lady i spoke with (Theresa) i was instantly made to feel at ease very calm and easy process and the service i recived was second to none you really do have careing understanding arrangers and im so glad i was able to talk to this young lady she is an asset to the company and made my appointment so much easier being able to disscus this with her a real tresure and such a lovley person and it was such a pleasure to have her deal with my appointment i have recommended to my friend and family and told them to ask for Theresa and i cant thank her enough i really hope she gets to see this review
