The overall experience is good but it takes months to collect a high amount of points.

Once you have the process of collecting the vouchers is quick and easy and there is a good range of supermarkets etc to choose

You have to be patient as you can go days without qualifying for a survey but if you have any issues , such as a survey not giving you points due to an error the customer service is great and quick to help.

Was really impressed with Opinion Outpost today. I requested my reward, did verification and the money was in my paypal account in seconds. Very effecient. If OP aren't the best operators when dealing with their survey folk I don't know who would come close and I have experienced many differnt panels over the years.

Have used opinion outpost for a while however they are getting worse , the screen outs are getting ridiculous especially when deep into a survey , and customer service are simply not interested , I am well aware about screenouts but they are getting ridiculous and earning opportunities getting slower and slower very disappointing as I have earned well off them in the past but I have found far many better alternatives out there with better customer service and earning opportunities like prime opinion , 5 surveys and swagbucks

I have been with Opinion Outpost for many years and I find their Customer Services truly exceptional.They are expert, professional, caring and sympathetic.If you do report a technical error with a survey they do not enter into a debate.They know the Customer is genuine and points are added promptly, as are your vouchers once sufficient surveys have been completed.

I've been a member of Options Output for a number of years & how low their rewards are, If you want small but regular rewards you can or you can let it build up. the sites easy to use. their supports agents are great they reply quickly & are very helpful

Been using for a few months and the surveys are great. Your choice to either go for best match, quick short ones to do in your spare minutes or try and get the higher points (more niche ) surveys. Had a few of these. Any issues, the customer service team are amazing and come straight back to you resolving the issue. I use a few sites and these are by far the best in my opinion !

Nice easy format. Some surveys fill up quickly, but there are generally plenty to choose from. Sometimes you don't fit the criteria for a certain survey but that's to be expected.

It's a legit survey site, only been using them for 2 days and already had my first pay-out, which took a couple of minutes to PayPal. Highly recommend.

Opinion Outpost is my best survey responding platform so far, i get paid every other day on Paypal and they let you know when you are not allowed to take survey earlier unlike other platforms.

The last couple of days the website has been malfunctioning with security warnings. I still get the emails and try to open up but it fails. Invalid response and cannot provide secure link.

Not bad, but too many disqualifications before I even get to do the survey. I know not each survey will work but there are so many I keep getting disqualified for, and I’ve not even got to start the survey. Gets annoying and it’s demotivating so I’ll probably stop using these guys.

It’s been a fantastic opportunity to learn something and earn some rewards. Exciting stuff!
