Joined and completed first survey fine. All surveys after that shutdown part way through saying they have shut the survey down as received enough responses. This happened at least 7 times until I finally gave up. Useless.

Surveys are always available and payout is easy . Worth the time if you are looking for extra cash or rewards

Opinion Outpost is a very credible survey site, their payouts are swift and their customer service is so reliable. They even reward you your exact points if you completed a survey without getting your incentives. Thumbs up team.

I have been with Opinion Outpost for years now and i have always been treated very well by the team if ever i have run into problems which are very rare, they always have plenty of surveys to do and they are good for matching your profile to appropriate surveys too, the payout is easy and very quick i sometimes choose PayPal and other times Amazon it all depends what i fancy at the time. I have done quite a few product tests through surveys too which i always enjoy. The last time i experienced a small problem through a survey they dealt with it on the same day which was great. All in all for me this is definitely one of the best survey sites out there.

Over the years lots of problems with some surveys have been a headache but they have always been dealt with in a professional way and always do their best to help you.

Over 50 points missing that i haven’t received, ive been contacting them since 28th june, i havent received even ONE email response in over a week. This is ridiculous, im emailing and they dont give me points or any responses. When i finish surveys i get a blank screen nothing appears, i go back to the home page no update in points. Or after I finish a survey it will go to a black page and say error missing session. AFTER IVE COMPLETED IT AND IT SAYS MY ANSWERS HAVE BEEN RECORDED.

Very good survey site. Always have interesting surveys and you receive your money straight away. Their customer service is very quick to respond to your queries.

There was a slight technical issue which was preventing me from entering surveys. However, a quick note to the folk running the site and the problem was very quickly and efficiently corrected. A real pleasure to have people respond so quickly, efficiently and in a friendly way. They are a credit to their organisation and I would heave no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who may be interested.

I find the surveys from opinion Outpost very interesting. They provide an opportunity for participants to give their opinions on things that matter to the majority of people. The surveys are not complicated and I feel It is important that surveys are inclusive, which opinion Outpost manage very well. Thank you opinion outpost!

Been doing surveys on opinion outpost for a while now. Can quickly build up enough points to exchange for rewards. Recently selected £10 apple gift card but didn't receive. Contacted them via Web page, very prompt response, they fixed error on my account which was causing problem.and resent code which worked. Very impressive customer service.

I have been a loyal member of the site for a long time now and would usually be saying how good the site is. However, I am becoming increasingly frustrated lately by the unfairness of opinion outpost. I have completed numerous surveys FULLY and reaching the last question of the survey, mostly the part where it is the end of the survey which I clearly completed after fully qualifying for. Yet I will receive the message at the very end saying sorry wasn’t a match or whatever. This site is becoming ridiculous now for robbing its users from points. Why not sort this?? It’s very unfair for those genuine users taking up their time filling in the surveys and completing them to not be awarded the points.

Overall the website is pretty good, there are always surveys available to complete and for the most part they are somewhat interesting to take part in. The cash out process is simple once verified, I have only used the PayPal option and it has instantly been paid to my account moments after I requested it.

I do have constant issues with surveys though. Even though they ask demographic questions within the first few questions of the survey, I have often spent time completing a survey, getting to the end and then after submitting it I have been sent to a page saying they are sorry because my demographic did not match the demographic that the survey was intended for. It's super frustrating when you have spent 25-30+ minutes answering questions and completing it, when they could just easily end the survey earlier after giving the demographic questions answers, there is no need to waste everybody's time.

That is my only issue with the website, but sadly it is a very common issue. I have had this problem 7-8 times out of around 20 surveys. If it wasn't for this issue I would absolutely rate the site 5* but despite numerous messages with support and feedback it keeps happening.
