Really very helpful assistants. They are always ready to help. And email to explain what they have done for you.

I find the survey quite interesting. I don't qualify for some survey but I love the fact you are told that earlier so you don't waste your time on them.
The rewards are quick to access.

Fabulous, interesting surveys. Yes, you get screened out of some, but that happens with all survey companies. The surveys you get through to are interesting and easy to complete. The rewards are easy to achieve and come through quickly.

Crap site. Most of the surveys take way longer than they say, you get screened out of most them after spending ages on them and then when you try to redeem your account is blocked

I find the surveys I do interesting,apart from earning a little extra cash I learn a lot from what's going on in the world and get a good idea of what is to come in the future. It's.one of the best survey sites.

The responses when raising problems are very quick and positive, but there is a general problem of apparent screen outs due to age ( ageist ? ) or sometimes delayed screen outs ( eg up to 5 minutes participation ) with no award made for the long time involved before the screen out occurs. The first time I got to 100points and were able to redeem for a £5 AMAZON gift card relatively easily. Since then i'r has been a total con. I got to 90 points then all the surveys I complete 'glitch out' at the end of the survey just before rewarding you the points, conveniently enough!! What a waste of time and total con.

The survey I have got here is very easy on like other platforms that there surveys will take you hours and you have to crack your brain to answer the question . I really think this should continued and they should be many survey for someone anytime any day.

I am getting bombarded with emails to do surveys, when I do , I get a few questions in to be told this survey is not available to me - why send me it then ? this has happened more and more - I only joined a couple of weeks ago and am fed up with it already, I will stick with YouGov

I am a beginner to this new type of earning money. The surveys are optional to us and it is easy to fill the questionnaire.

Got all the way through a survey, took me half an hour and then it said you’re not part of the target research after completing it and didn’t reward my points.

OO suspended my account because I won't use Verrif to 'prove' who I am. Eventually OO relented but have given me nothing but trouble since. Now my account is suspended again because I have complained. Absolutely nuts!! If you ever have to deal with Joy at OO, then good luck because she is seriously out of control.
