Very good pay out as compared to other survey apps. Very good customer service as well.

Far too many screenouts, AFTER full completion of surveys now. When you complain, the first reply details how to redeem rewards, nothing to do with your query. Eventually, you do get the points allocated. I'm up to 151complaints now. It's taking almost as long to make the complaint as it is to do the survey. Come on guys you used to be so good, what's gone wrong?

Overall opinion outpost is trustworthy, well organised and fantastic company. Been with company on and off for years, it’s incredible to be able to express my opinion based on topics I’m passionate about and gain marketing insights.

The opinion outpost are outstanding, supportive and compassionate, they take time to reason and ensure you are safe, not taken advantage of and are getting the best out of the company. This is rare, I’ve worked for companies over the years, 9/10 you are treating with injustice on levels that you have no control over. I will simply continue to work with opinion outpost in the upcoming years.

Opinion outpost are great, I have been doing their surveys for a while and although it can take a bit of time to gather points, when it's time to redeem you get your reward within a day which is very useful especially for retail/supermarkets like M&S, Sainsburys and Asda, I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SITE! Joined this site a few weeks ago and collected enough points to claim a reward. However, when I tried to do so, I found I had to 'verify' my account through a company called Veriff. They wanted a copy of a government issued document - passport, driving licence, biometric ID and a photo too. Obviously didn't - as any fool knows sharing such info online is never a good idea - only scammers and fraudsters would insist on it. Complained to Opinion Outpost but was told there is no other option to redeem points and get the promised reward. Veriff have a 1.8 rating on Trustpilot and a lot of angry clients. Claims of data trading and identity harvesting abound. They were also sued in the US last year for $4m for using facial recognition data without the owners consent. They wouldn't admit it outright but did pay it (which says everything you need to know). So have now unsubscribed from Opinion Outpost plus received no reward for the surveys I completed. Lesson learnt!!

A helpful survey as this Outpost company help their customers very much and deserve your support.

This is one of my favourite survey sites. I find I do more surveys to make £5 than other survey sites but complete them in full as they match my profile compared to higher paying surveys that waste your time by kicking you out after giving 60% info. Great for quick payout and excellent customer service.

Good customer service. They understand the issue, do not argue and resolve the matter promptly. If only Betfred were this effective, transparent and accommodating.

Several times I've spent 30mins on a survey, completed the final question, and then when redirected to Opinion Outpost, am told I've been disqualified. Tell me that at the start. Waste of time.

The response to queries is very quick, the surveys are interesting and redeeming rewards is easy and fast. Very good, reliable company.

The quantity of surveys available seems to have improved somewhat on here, but the quality of them remains the same. Late disqualifications are common, as are surveys with technical faults. Failed surveys are not numbered, so complaints are difficult. Biggest problem for me is surveys that require audio but do not offer subtitles. This to me shows an unacceptable ignorance of the deaf community and a lack of interest by the company of holding the survey-producers to account for this and other survey faults. Complaints are met with either a complete lack of understanding of the problem or a vague promise to "pass it on" to someone, so of course, nothing ever happens.

surveys you get through to are interesting and easy to complete. The rewards are easy to achieve and come through quickly.
