Still trying to get a response from this disgusting company following the theft of money that I have legitimately earnt. They close accounts with no explanation and keep your money. Do not waste your precious time as I did. Hours and hours of time for them to just keep my earnings.

Brilliant site and staff. And when I've had a problem which isn't often they have been there for me and dealt with the situation straight away and been totally fair with there decision to rectify the queiry

I just finished a 2 180mins survey and all of a sudden they just said error 180mims for 50points
These people are evil

I needed to change phone number on Opinion outpost to a new phone number, the response was a speed of light so quick. I was really impressed. Customer service unit, they understand the game.

I needed to make a change to my account with Opinion Outpost and contacted their help online. Within a very short time they replied that they had made the change I required and I did nit need to do anything else. They have been so easy to deal with, including the surveys they send. I am very happy to recommend.

I've been on this site for years but it all went downhill 2 years ago with a change of ownership on their site. I've had frequent issues logging in and been asked to submit government ID, and am now wondering what it was truly used for.

Recently the surveys have been scarce, often screening out right away or when you reach the end of a 15 minute survey it says 'sorry you don't meet our criteria' and get no points. That is a scam!

They've just suspended my account for apparent violation of terms - no explanation so it can't be genuine. This time I won't appeal as their surveys and pittance of points are not worth it. They don't deserve my time or effort any longer!

Of course they can improve, but unfortunately we waste a lot of time. It makes no sense to answer your age in 20 surveys. Today with AI it is not necessary, other companies let you fill out basic data only once, and questions like age, sex, hobbies, etc. are never asked anymore. So you only receive surveys according to the personal information provided, which does not change. They need to change this now, because people will leave. Customer service is good, but they need to change what I mentioned above.

Very helpful in a recent change of phone number and there surveys are always interesting with fast payouts as soon as you want to cash out your reward.

Great survey site. Had a little issue with redeeming Rewards, but soon sorted & happily received my reward. Reported issue to Opinion Outpost 7 they handled the query with speed & efficiency

I had a wee bit of a mix up with a product I was home testing for a company. The response from Opinion Outpost customer services was outstanding considering it was entirely my fault.
I highly recommend this company for great customer services, fast payments and interesting surveys.
