I have emailed yourselves on two occasions asking for my points for completing the game word city level 500 I have sent screenshots showing completion but have still not received any communication please could you advise

Great survey site. Usually plenty of interesting surveys on offer for various rewards. Customer service seems excellent dealing with problems.

Would not even give one star, they are a total con. I saved up my points went to cash out l, then they said I failed a verification and shut my account and won’t pay out.

historically the c/s has been great but but a bit less satisfactory this year however last 2 weeks it has returned to relative normality. I think maybe there was an autopilot response which temporarily which fobbed us off instead of being just and fair with compensation for glitches. I am erring on the fair side here myself based on the past and hope that they can continue now to give a more personal response with a reasonable decision.

This company has a habit of saying that a survey has been 'closed early' even when fully completed. Thus gaining information without paying for it. It happens time after time

They often don't pay for these reasons,
They offer you surveys and after about 20 minutes they say we have closed the survey early as we have enough surveys completed or they say do late exclusitions after about 25 minutes work

Their payments are worth more than £68 per hour to me in this time of continuing financial problems in terms of expensive groceries these payments are very helpful.

Used to be decent, now they are awful and a waste of time. Completed multiple surveys only to not get the points.

Support is useless, after my next cash out these scammers are gone.

It used to be a good survey panel but not anymore. It's just a waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

They lure you in. I answered fairly and honestly and earned good money to begin with, however I started getting to end of survey and it wouldn't pay or through me out, penalised me and was banned from the site without explanation.

Over the last few weeks I have accumulated enough points to redeem about £50 worth of gift cards, so thats a major positive, however in the last week I have been told i dont qualify for a survey on at least half a dozen occasions when im literally 2% away from finishing a 20 minute long survey. Also some of the lower value surveys (3 or 4 points) can be 15 to 20 minutes long, so not exactly generous. Looking elsewhere to find better rewards for my time now

Outpost is a very good platform, surveys always available and their customers service is top notch, with a very rapid response time

The rewards are quite fair. Unfortunately, they always disqualify in the last questions instead in the first questions making you waste your time. It's not worthy it.

Fairly happy, good rewards but I get a little pi**ed off when I get most or all the way through a survey, only to be told 'Sorry, you do not qualify'! Such as tonight, I got to the very end of a 20 minute survey, to be told I don't qualify. Annoying and very frustrating!

I find opinion outpost to be one of my favourite survey sites, I can earn quickly through their surveys, and you receive paypal cash outs immediately, once you reach the threshold.
They have a great customer service team too

Happy to do these surveys and it doesn't take long to build up enough points for a £10 voucher. My only gripe is that they already have my age, ethnicity, sex and location in my profile, but each survey still asks for them.
