Although finding surveys that I fit can be difficult, they’re usually interesting and well designed. When I redeem my points my rewards arrive immediately, which is brilliant.

I am so disappointed with this survey panel. I was an active participant for well over 20 years. They considered me to be a diamond member. I always put my best effort into their surveys and acted with the highest level of honesty and integrity. Then they removed me from the panel for no stated reason. They didn’t even give me a chance to defend or redeem myself. I am assuming they use AI Bots to cull their membership without any human judgement. Very unfair.

I enjoy most of the polls I take part in but sometimes spend a lot of time trying to find a relevant survey which is a "good fit" trying to take part in several surveys before finding one that I can actually take part in. I wish the surveys offered were tested against my account profile so I didnt get regected as not suitable so often, maybe because of my age. if I hed more relevant offers it would have been 5*

Opinion Outpost is reliable, but it takes some patience,surveys come and go, and rewards build up over time.

I love the Site, very rewarding.

Good to earn but I get fed up with getting to the end and don't get my points because I'm not right for the survey not good

One of the most trustworhy surveys website. Reliable and prompt payout.

They refuse to compensate me in a timely manner. I completed one of their offers to sign up for an investment company that offers high interest savings accounts I completed successfully and the company notified then that I successfully completed. I was supposed to receive 674 panel points on Opinion Outpost. When I inquired with them as to why I had not yet received my parents they first gave me problems about the double points and asked me if I had a screenshot. I advise them to check the amount of days that I had left to complete the offer and then they would know what date I signed up and they would be able to tell that there was a double point offer why would I have a screenshot of something that they should already know. They keep asking me if I have a screenshot of the fact that this is a double point offer and I keep telling them if they look at the amount of time that I have left to complete the offer they can tell the exact date I started and verify that it's a double point offer. I've advised them that I will no longer do anything for them until I paid for this offer. Then there is a problem I have with the amount that they pay people for each 10 points in represents $1 they will ask you to do something that is for 10 points but it takes 20 minutes to complete so basically they will pay someone $3 an hour that is slave wages as it's nowhere near minimum wage. They will actually have a survey that pay five points or 50 cent that takes 19 minutes to complete that basically offering to pay someone a little over $1.50 an hour. Now that I have proven to them when the company provided proof that I completed their offer they are now saying that I have to wait up to 90 days to be compensated that is nowhere in this office never takes 90 days to be paid so I have let them know that I will do nothing else for them and I mean that until I am paid.

Opinion Outpost dealt with my last query about a failed survey promptly and well - crediting me with the Points due to the failure being the fault of the commissioning agency.
As a caveat, these agencies often do not test their surveys before publication - this needs to stop

Sadly this survey site has really gone downhill recently. Up to the beginning of this year I would regularly get surveys and cash out 4 or 5 times a month. Now almost all surveys I do I get screened out of - usually right at the end after I have spent quite a while answering question. Gone down to cashing out just 1 or 2 times a month now. Got so fed up wasting my time completing surveys for 10 plus minutes before getting screened out, that I have deleted my account.

Surveys are usually interesting, although rewards are sometimes low. Customer service is fantastic. Always respond quickly to any issues and have always resolved issues to my satisfaction.
