I spent a lot of time doing reviews for this site. I go to claim my rewards and I am faced with a verification process I am told would take around 72 hours. It has been a week now and I still cannot claim my rewards due to not being verified.

Standard apps and sites take only 1 hour maximum to be verified, why does this take so long?

Attempting to contact customer support to get the issue resolved and I am met with automated responses offering no help. I do not reccomend this site and I suggest you try another one.

I am unable to redeem rewards. I have done everything the help feature suggests, have emailed a screenshot of the error message and get back a reply that tells me to perform exactly the same things again and send a screenshot. I have been trying for weeks now, waiting 72 hours as instructed, then trying clearing cache etc. Have contacted help three times. Sooo frustrating. I don't feel I should complete any more surveys until I am sure i can redeem my points.

I started getting emails from them a few days ago asking me to activate my account.
I never made an account, never visited their site, never had anything to do with them.

I have been with this survey panel for more then two years. Hats off to their Customer Service team and Rewards are paid efficiently and fast.
I will recommend to any one who want to keep themself busy during they free time and make some cash.

Tried to collect $20 voucher. Had trouble logging in. They said i needed to get verified so I scanned my passport and took a selfie We exchanged emails and i uploaded a copy of my nz passport. They replied i failed verification and permanently suspended my account. Avoid them.

I have never had an issue with Opinion World. I get use paypal to get paid. It's there pretty much straight away. I've only had to contact customer support once, and got my issue sorted. I've been doing surveys for at least 6 months

great site easy to use

I completed heaps of surveys on this platform and tried to redeem 1000 points into PayPal and it wouldn't let me verify my PayPal account. I tried then to redeem Uber vouchers, again they wouldn't verify my Driver's License. Now they have my identity details - I'm afraid my ID will be used elsewhere for illegal stuff.

This is a trust worthy site and can earn money by giving actual feedbacks on their surveys. recommended

I do survey on the side while at work (during downtime only) and even if you suddenly get busy, the survey can be left for a long time and still come back to it with no issues.

They also do tasks to enable to you get more points for doing survey.

I would recommend more tasks as the above so people are more likely to participate.

1000 points = $20 in Paypal, so that's not bad, considering you can easily get $1000 (as a new user). Redeems instantly as well, not like other providers where it takes 2 weeks (which I don't get).

Used to be so good, you'd receive lots of surveys and earn money quickly. Now I receive barely any surveys at all?? What's happened??

Recently they ran a bonus promotion "because you deserve it" where they would give bonus points if you completed 5 surveys within several weeks.

Only problem was they only sent 4 surveys through during that time, so I missed out by 1. Suppose I wasn't really "deserving" enough after all !

The bonus points were meagre, so it really was lousy for them to short change me ! ! !

They suspend my account with a lot of points on it they got rid of google login so you cant get in and claim the points, they where good and i have been with long time but now they sux poor bunch of trash stay away from this pain in the ass site. i would give them -10 for rating.

Recently joined and have been unable to redeem points. Have contacted them 3 times and they give an identical computer generated response saying they will look into and then one saying issue is resolved. Not resolved so will stop wasting my time as is clearly a scam.

They suspend your account as soon as you try to withdraw rewards. When asking for a reason they are vague and use generic responses. Waste of time.

Used passport for verification and been suspended for a lame excuse 'we only deliver good data quality' and your account is locked. Thought anyone is welcome to do surveys and have their own opinion input - not according to opinion world....... they need to be investigated.

I have also answered their surveys, a bunch of surveys. And then suddenly they email me that i have to comply to their Veriff process. I have used my valid id and still didn't accept. Take note, i used my Passport. How come that that was not accepted? When i used that to enter here in New Zealand. Just wasted my time and effort.
