We’ve been with Orbital our telephone and broadband provider for a while now, and the service has always been reliable. We can always rely on them to help fix any issues that we may have. While we were out of the country, we suddenly found ourselves in a stressful situation when our mobile phones stopped working. With no way to connect or sort things out ourselves, we reached out for help — and that’s when Sadie stepped in.

Sadie went above and beyond from the very first moment. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and proactive. Despite us being overseas, she handled everything swiftly and kept us fully informed every step of the way. She made what could have been a major disruption feel effortless, and thanks to her, everything was sorted far quicker than we expected.

It’s rare to find customer service like this nowadays. Sadie’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help are a credit to the company. Because of her, we’re even more confident that we chose the right provider.

As a community care provider we need to be always online to be able to coordinate emergency care when required by our clients. The service provided by orbital net has always been exceptional and we have never experienced any down time.

We moved our office to an area without any decent internet and engaged with Orbital to help get us connected. We initially used the WiMax package but over time we realised we need something a bit more as we found speeds could be quite volatile due to our location (i think we are on an awkward site). Orbital supported us on another solution to install Orbsat which so far has been excellent. Sometimes things dont work out as planned and in these cases you can really judge a company on how they react to it. In this case, Orbital worked with us and continued to support us until we got what we needed. Thank you Orbital!

They have provided various bespoke services including wireless connectivity and more recently FTTP high-capacity bearer and cloud based phone system.
Our requirements have been somewhat challenging and innovative solutions are always forthcoming.
They have always given a personalised service from staff that genuinely care about their customers from support desk through to account management.
Good service is hard to come by these days, so please keep up the good work.

I have had a business relationship with Orbital Net for almost 20 years and it has not been a surprise to see their continued growth, which is testament to their products and services. We use a range of services, including a leased line, FTTP, FTTC and hosting. Our leased line is especially important for our head office which is in an outlying rural location; it has been ultra reliable and has enabled us to support our staff as they transition into a hybrid way of working with continued focus on cloud services. As a publicly funded National Park, it is important to offer value for money and this is definitely something we get with Orbital. Value, for us, is a combination of pricing and ongoing support, which has always been excellent in both regards, allowing us to support our staff in delivering our core purposes across the wonderful landscapes and communities of Exmoor National Park.

We have used Orbital Net for around 8 years for our leased line connection to our head office. Any issues have always been dealt with promptly and when required an engineer on-site the same day. I would happily recommend them to another business relying on stable fast internet connections.

Have been a customer of Orbital for at least 15 years, maybe more. They are running our site internet connectivity at 11 branches with flawless service. We use them for FTTC, FTTP, Leased line and even more recently satellite. Customer service is the best you could ask for, proactive monitoring of our circuits. I am very comfortable with Orbital as our provider.

I have been dealing with Orbital, and Vfast for 14 years, and the service has always been extremely good.
I recently managed to get full fibre at my location and decided to stay with Orbital for my fibre account and VOIP service. So far I can not fault the connection, the speed I get, or the clarity of our new phone line.

The speed and ease of the installation

This was my first interaction with Orbital Net. They responded very quickly with the quotation and the lead time was incredibly short.
The onsite engineer arrived early, was very flexible with the installation to ensure that it met our requirements and completed the work perfectly on the first visit and within the indicated time window. A1 service.
