I ordered some extra memory for my 'ancient' laptop. Downloaded the program to scan my computer to find out what memory was needed. Ordered late on Sunday evening. Received emails telling progress of the order and the new memory arrived Tuesday morning. I was amazed with the speed of delivery and will certainly use Orca Logic again and recommend to my friends. The bonus is that it has also improved the performance of my laptop!

Ok, I felt the support was easy to get hold of and had a quick response with easy to understand information offering you quick access to the correct memory. Arrived very quickly packed well and I popped it into my lap top.. hey presto a quicker experience on the laptop which was struggling to cope with even the simplest typing, let alone trying to load up a program. So I am well impressed thank you. I also need to point out this particular memory did not seem to be listed anywhere I searched for it so it is handy to pop the back off your pc and give the number on the memory already installed to your advisor when you ask for advice.

I purchased a high performance solid state drive (Transcend SSD720) to replace a slow and ageing hard disk in my computer. I was recommended Orca by a friend, and I am very pleased with the product and service received. Communication and delivery date were spot on (delivery was even earlier than expected), and I am delighted that the speed of the SSD has extended the life of my computer. I am now able to run the latest version of my software on a relatively low spec machine. I recommend Orca and would them use again.

I have used Orcalogic for all my memory purchase for a number of years. I have never had an out-of-stock when I needed something. Orders are processed promptly and sent by 1st class post. Often I have the item next day. Only once can I recall a problem with a module which they replaced immediately without question. I would strongly recommend orcalogic.
