The memory worked first time - unlike the cheaper RAM I bought elsewhere that did not, even after it was replaced.

Orca logic RAM is sometimes pricier than others but it usually works where cheaper options sometimes fail. I have fitted it in many of my customers' PCs. And when there is a problem (because not all memory is compatible), I have found Orca will replace or refund without quibble. Excellent service.

A friend recommended Orca to me and I was able to get myself around the site with ease. Very user friendly and placed my order quickly and efficiently, I also found the instructions for fitting the new memory brilliant, watched the video a couple of times and was able to fit them myself too - not bad for a 58 year old female computer numpty - I will be recommending the site to all my friends.

I was having trouble with my desktop being really slow. Purchased some extra Ram(recommended by Orca) installed and now my computer is great again. I actually enjoy using it now.

Over the years i have made a number of purchases from this company and have never had cause to complain as a well known phrase goes "it does what it says on the tin" well they do!
the products are always the correct ones and the e mails informing you of the progress of your order very helpfull at this point you might think i am about to come up with a negative comment but i cannot find anything that i dont like about the company!

I only purchased some extra RAM for my PC, but the process of ensuring I got the right one through to payment and delivery was effortless and very quick. Ordered in the afternoon and fitted in my PC first thing the following morning. Can't get better than that.
