Memory upgrade arrived a day after placing the order, have used orcalogic in the past and would recommend them to anyone, excellent service, quality parts at a reasonable price.

Depite oredring late in the day the goods arrived with the morning post. I go straight to Orca now for all products of this type.

Late one afternoon my laptop informed me that it needed RAM. One quick Google later and Orca Logic had told me what I needed to know. Next morning the RAM arrived and was duly installed - thanks Orca Logic!!!

I have used Orca Logic before after they were recommended to me by a friend at work.
I could have bought the memory card a little cheaper from some other retailers but stuck with Orca as they had provided consistently good service previously, both with delivery times and order updates.

I received the package with my new 2GB Memory Module for Samsung Netbook NF210 as promised and it came with simple easy-to-read instructions on how to install it. I've already had for 2 weeks and so far no problems with it. My computer is working clearly much faster than before. Thanks!

Only the second time I have used Orca for extra RAM for laptops, but the last upgraded memory is still functioning correctly after about 10 years (I have now placed this into another laptop as the original one is now non-functioning). The staffs technical knowledge is very good and the e-mailed question was responded to within 24 hours, with their recommendations. Not the cheapest product on the market but the performance and reliability is worth paying the extra for.

First In had an on line chat with Mike, then I got a confirmatory email from Claire and then I bought the memory. the information that I was given was correct and the item arrived two days later in the post. its now in and running. What else can you ask for?
