Orca Logic Ltd Avis 

I purchased 1gb of memory from Orco 4 years ago for a Mac Powerbook G4 and decided to complete the upgrade, I contacted ORCA who helped me identify the correct parts over the phone. In fact the new order was lower cost than previous.
I ordered mid afternoon standard rate, received delivery AM next day!

I was looking to upgrade the RAM on a very old laptop.Great service first to last. I had difficulty locating my laptop series on the Orca site but the scan tool was great. It identified in just few seconds what I had, the model and the ram installed. The chat function on the site was very good. Mike was good, he double checked the scan and confirmed that 2 x1mB modules would work. I called to place order. The service was prompt and courteous and I was advised that product would be with me in 3 to 5 days and it arrived in 2! I watched the help video to fit a couple of times and completed the upgrade of the modules no problem. laptop is much faster.

As a novice I did not know exactly what I was looking for, but the selection process guided me to choose exactly the right memory modules for my PC (having previously bought some from another supplier with a slightly less rigorous selection process whose memory modules did not work for me). Nice efficient service.

Went to Orca web site, scanned my ram, ordered what I needed, turned up next day early, installed, perfect result - Fantastic.

I ordered the memory one day and it arived the next day realy good service.

I was offered choice of memory cards when others said there was nothing available.Card arrived promptly and Orca staff carried out technical research and offered solution to suit my particular motherboard. There was no problem at all in sending a replacement card, knowing that I would be away and unable to return the original card for awhile. All emails were attended to very promptly whether by email or phone and followed through. I will always make Orca Logic my first choice for any other needs.

Couldn't have been more helpful on the phone. First time that I have delved into the hidden depths of my computer, so I was a little apprehensive! But I upgraded my memory board, no problem, and now at last I have a much quicker system. Should have done it years ago! Thanks Orca.

I've used Orca for many years now and have always been impressed by their speedy service and prices. It's also good to support a local (Dorking) UK business that pays its taxes, unlike some of the larger companies out there!

Well I am a happy man today thanks to the excellent service provided by Orcalogic.Purchased extra Ram installed it, but computer did not show it as having been installed.I emailed the company and promptly received reply asking for details,these i provided, then out of the Blue I received a phone call from the lady dealing with my problem. She went through it with me and suggested I had not pushed it hard enough. She was correct, and a pleasure to deal with. I was really surprised to get the phone call as I live in Ireland. We ordered an ram upgrade for our netbook and paid for next day delivery before noon. It did not arrive on time so I called the company who apologised and said that they would chase it up and call me back. Ten minutes late the delivery driver arrived with apologies saying that he had just been called by his boss, he made lots of lame excuses but the product had arrived promptly thanks to the immediate intervention of Orca Logic. Installed product and it is great. I would recommend Orca to anyone who is looking for good computer products at a good price with excellent customer service.
