The height of the DIMM I received is much shorter than the original memory and I was worried the wrong product had been sent, it wouldn't fit in my machine etc.
However after fitting my PC immediately recognised the upgrade, so I can now breath a sigh of relief.

As always Orca delivers and does exactly what it says on the tin. I only went for cheap 3 day delivery but still rec'd next day :-)

I wanted to replace a half gig memory chip with a 2 gig in my wife's laptop and was expecting to have to do lots of checking to make sure I got the right memory as had previously with other boxes. However I was able to save time with no risk of ordering the wrong memory by running the inspection app on the site. This all linked with the ordering process and the memory arrived, well packed and very quickly. So no problems at all, will definately use again.

I needed to upgrade the RAM in a couple of Samsung Netbooks. It took a couple of minutes to find, and order the modules, One was ordered express delivery and arrived on the day promised. It turned out that I entered the incorrect model number for the other machine but Orca sent me a returns envelope to return the incorrect module and refunded. I will not hesitate in recommending them. Excellent people.

I've been doing business with Orca Logic on a small scale for quite a while. We all have a tendency to remember how long things of gone on relative to a bad experience. Since I've never had a bad experience with Orca I can't remeber how long I've been dealing with them. They are so helpful, respond quickly to any queries and deliver things so fast I'm constantly amazed at how they do it.
