The orca memory finder is always spot on and after using it for years, I have never had it give me duff information. The memory prices are competitive, the service is excellent and the speed of delivery is amazing. As an IT Manager, this is why I've always used orca for memory upgrades and will continue to do so and would highly recommend them

I had been trying to get a mini SD card for my Canon camera, literally for years, as amazingly there was no card supplied when I bought it new in London; every shop here in France told me there are full size SDs and micro SD only. No one said you have to buy a micro and a mini adapter to put it in, so I have not been able to use my camera for stills. Not until I telephoned by chance Orca Logic in the UK as I could not understand how to order from a German firm who advertised they had them. The lady I spoke to thought she had seen an adapter somewhere, and was kind enough to go and look for it, knowing I was desperate to have one. She found it, and I bought three micro SD cards as well.
I am really looking forward to that little package arriving.

Wanted to speed up the family laptop by upping the memory. Used the Orca memory scanner app which clearly identified the correct memory type and maximum capacity for the laptop model, and seamlessly ordered via the shopping cart. Despite quoting 3 days free delivery it arrived within 24 hours preceded by 3 order progress emails. Installed fine, and a query I had was answered using their online engineer chat service. So happy with the new memory performance I ordered a second module to max the laptop capacity. Same delivery speed and delighted to say that the laptop is flying!

the scan of my laptop was not totally successful. The wrong memory was sent. however it did not wreck my laptop. Very good help by ringing Clair. Proper memory sent and received in 2 days. Good customer service. I have used this company before with total satisaction.

My PC isn't one of the "high street" brands, so I phoned Orcalogic to get advice on the best way to upgrade the memory on it. Their telephone advice was friendly, professional and really helpful - they clearly know their subject well. I ordered the memory they recommended, and it turned up the following day; that's about 16 hours from placing the order to the goods appearing, which is brilliant. The memory has definitely helped the PC run faster. I'll be recommending Orcalogic to everyone I know !

My cousin has a relatively old laptop which had truly awful (NOT awesome!) performance running Windows Vista. I have added new Orca Transcend memory, effectively increasing the RAM 8-fold, and upgraded to Windows 7. The effect is magical, and I know she will now be able to use the laptop properly to keep in touch with all of us.
Excellent, prompt service from Orca, it goes without saying but needs to be said occasionally.

After careful consideration, I decided recently to upgrade the memory on my wife's computer. Bearing in mind the computer is nearly 9 years old and running on Windows XP, I had to decide whether or not it was worth the outlay.
I contacted Orcalogic and spoke to Claire Jordan, who was very friendly and helpful.
She gave me 2 options, both of which, in her opinion, would improve the performance of the computer.
I took the option which upgraded the memory to the maximum capacity, and was amazed when a parcel arrived in under 24 hours.
I am delighted to say, that since installation, the performance has easily doubled and well worth the initial cost.
Such was my appreciation, that I sent a personal email to Orca thanking Claire for her help and advice.
It's encouraging in this age of cut throat business, to find a company with good old fashioned values, and as a consequence would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ordered a couple of SODIMMs to revive an ancient (2004) Dell Inspiron laptop, which was grindingly slow owing to lack of memory. These arrived quickly by Royal Mail - no waiting around for courier firms and then finding the dreaded card saying "we called but you were out".

The supplied items would not work with the old laptop, but a quick phone call resulted in a replacement being posted the same day, and that worked just fine. I wish all firms offered such good customer service.
