Outback Steakhouse Avis 

I thought I used to love this restaurant.... I took my mom there for a nice steak dinner.... I was so very disappointed, as was she. Initially we order (my fav) the blooming onion... it came out so very OVERCOOK AND VERY DARK.... tasted terrible. We both ordered the steak dinner..... it, also.... was absolutely AWEFUL. The waitress didn't know what to do... so she said ... "um.... i will see if I can get you a discount. WE.... will never go to this restaurant... ever AGAIN. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.

My review never made it how do you like that make this short.
Went to Henderson outback I was greeted by watching the manager whipping her hand on the young hostess.on her chest.
Telling her she had something on her shirt.. I can't imagine her imbarisment because my feelings were of embarrassment and anger my wife and son were excited to take me because I'm 63 and never been the steak was tough and no seasoning lobster like rubber and I could not cut my asparagus with a steak knife should of went to another steak house WOW what a great first impression.SOMETHING.should be done with the manager did not complain about anything already Saw how the manager acted could not imagine what the kitchen was like

We visited Outback Steakhouse on Highway 6 in Copperfield after church on Sunday June 7, 2026. We arrived at approximately 12:45 our greeter took us through the bar to the back of the restaurant and then back to the front where he (? I couldn't tell for sure) sat us at a table that was about 5 feet from where we were standing when he came to assist us. He (?) continued to do this throughout the afternoon seating other guests. But this service was better than the lady who waited on us. She had no clue. I ordered a filet butterflied, medium well. The steak was served cut completely in half and fried to being more that well done throughout the steak. There was no pink, not even much brown, it was mostly black. And then there was no seasoning on the steak whatsoever. My wife ordered the rib-eye steak, and it was served drenched is seasoning to the point that she had to scrape some off. She ordered Asparagus as one of her two sides, it was listed in the side section as such, but we were charged $3.99 extra for her side. Luckly her other side of Mashed potatoes was at no extra charge. I ordered fries and seasoned vegetables as my sides and was served Broccoli. The meal was edible but far from what we expected. However it did match the service we received from the person who seated us and the person who waited on us. The total bill with just a token of a tip (I usually tip 25%+ for good service) was $100. The dinner and service were not even close to the money spent, but that will be the last $100 spent at Outback. We have many choices of restaurants with good food and service, so we will chose to eat elsewhere from now on.

I have always loved Outback and have felt really sad about the ones that have closed down near me. Although, I am EXTREMELY disappointed that they took THEIR BEST item off the menu and for that I may NEVER go back. There was nothing like their Salted Caramel Cookie Skillet.

What happened to Outback? In the early 2000's this was the steakhouse of choice for me and my family. Now the steak quality has been reduced substantially but the prices have not. I had a rib-eye and there was absolutely no marbling. One location in the Phoenix market has closed and others will also. Either bring back the quality and service you once had or shut them down, period.

Dalton Georgia Outback is awful. I ordered a blooming onion and two meals. It was over $100 and the food wasn’t any good. The blooming onion looked as it set out over night. I can remember when Outback was my favorite restaurant but it’s worse than Logan’s in my town. I won’t ever go there again.

The food was great as always. It always is. However todays service was an exception. Not good. . Ordered waters and looked through the menu. Server came back and took our selections. Served bread with no cutting knife or plates. long wait for food. server never went back to our table unless we flagged them down. We had to ask.what was happening with my companions order. Finally got other half of.my order. server filled my order but not

Never came back to the table to ask if everything was ok. Filled my water but not my companions. Server was rather "curt". when we asked for boxes (3) They came out with one box.and a.to go for soup. No outback bag which would have helped alot. We observed the server being very helpful to diners around us to the point of sliding into 2 booths and chatting ?(maybe just menu questions). The food was fantastic.but the service was off. We always had great service. Not today.

When I first arrived it 25 minutes before anyone can to the table. I had to call a random man over to ask who my waitress/ waiter was. It wasn't him but waited on the table anyway after seeing the frustration in my face. The appetizers was good, no problems. By the time the Entre came out I was full so I got it to go home. All my food was over cooked and threw together the rice was hard. The only good thing was waiters kindness. I paid $50 for food I couldn't even eat.

Outback should be ashamed to call themselves a steakhouse! We came to this restaurant as we have before, optimistic. But this was the worst meal I ever have had there. I was home recently from surgery and just wanted a nice meal out. Ordered the rib eye with coconut shrimp, medium with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal! The steak came out rare. Almost every bite was grisly and full of fat. When finished, I had a pile of grisly fat on a side dish. I was upset and couldn't wait to leave. Didn't want to blame waitress because she had a trainee shadowing her. Paid her 20% and left. How Outback can serve a piece of meat like that and call it a steak is beyond me. The shrimp was not much better. After a bite I had a mouth full of coconut and couldn't taste the shrimp at all. OUTBACK IS NOT A STEAKHOUSE!!

We decided to give outback a try instead of the steakhouse we always go to. The good was our service. Salad was fine as were the sides. Sirloin steaks were tough and chewy and highly seasoned. Way too much pepper. We all agreed that we prefer to stay with Texas Roadhouse where everything is always consistently great.

We just came back from dinner at the Outback and we will never go there again. We ordered the chicken on the barby with green beans and creamed corn. The chicken was blackened and so spicey it was inedible. The green beans still had the ends on them and were hot but almost raw and the corn with the parmesan cheese was bland and not very good. The one good thing about the dinner was the waitress. Katy was super, so competant an pleasant to deal with. It's a shame that The Outback has gone downhill.

Kamir was a great server/ bus boy/ cook! Staff didn’t show up for evening shift and he jumped in with both feet taking care of all the customers, explaining the situation and going above and beyond to make us happy. He even had to cook our food and it was DELICIOUS! He needs 3 paychecks for today doing 3 peoples jobs!

Meet friends (5 of us) at Outback Metairie, LA for lunch today 5/13/26. The first problem was the waitress, we had to continue to repeat our orders she brought 3 wrong drinks, we waited about 40 minutes for our meals, In that time she never came back to the table, my potato was to be butter only, 2 of the other ladies also ordered potatoes which were wrong toppings, my steak was cold, chewy with a strip of fat down the center, I couldn't eat it, my potato was cold the butter wouldn't even melt. The waitress never came back to check if we needed drink refills. I've been to Outback before and everything was good. It's been awhile since I've been back. We had to ask the hostess to get our tabs also. All and all it was not a pleasant meal and we won't go back for our monthly lunch. After speaking with another friend who wasn't with us and she told me she and her husband had gone 2 weeks ago and had bad service and didn't enjoy their meals.
I can understand why you can now walk in anytime and get a table as before there was usually a wait.
Hopefully someone will look into these issues.

Another chain restaurant that needs to go and hopefully soon! How much worse could they get. Poor service, high prices and microwave food, yes microwave food in the Australian Outback! Amazing! Tonight I ordered the chicken on the barbie as did my wife. It was easy to tell that these chicken breast’s were frozen chicken and not fresh but that they were microwaved too. They were warm in the middle and cooler on the outside, and when served were in a puddle of water. Tell tail sign of frozen, microwaved and served! No grill or barbie taste or smell. To make matters worse they charge almost $19.00 for this terrible microwaved dinner! It has been a few years since we have visited Outback due to poor quality, we thought that maybe time would have fixed it. We were wrong! It will be many many years if we ever visit again!

Icarus was amazing!!! So was the food!!!!

They took a dump on my plate in front of me and force feed it to me. I didn't like it at first but ended up enjoying myself. 5/5 stars. Definitely returning.

The Cheese fries is good but my grandma's steak was terrible
